“The item was fairly priced, initial Comms good, but it took eleven days for them to dispatch, I called them twice as I needed the item, a nice girl answered, but the item was still not despatched. When I did get a tracking number it arrived very quickly, although in flimsy packaging, if it wasn't such a tough yeti item it would probably have been damaged. It was just a frustrating purchase.”

“The boots arrived safely cleverly packeaged in a nondescript brwon packaging. However, although they look great I and the size was my normal size 6, and I take a normal fit I was unable to put my foot into the boot. there was a sharp angle which was too narrow for my foot. My feet are not wide just normal so unfortunatley I have had to return them. Not sure whether this is a common complaint and not sure whether to go up to a 6 1/2 if you do half sizes.”

“Haven't received items yet. But I got worried bout Xmas delivery. Got the AI chat bot online last night. First thing Livvy had picked up on that and messaged to assure me on the delivery times. Perfection. Somethings are out of people's hands. But customer service and caring isn't. So for that alone 5*”

“Lengthy delay of 10 days before item was dispatched to the courier, therefore causing further delays afterwards with courier in postal service. Took 16 days from date of purchase before receiving and didn't come on time as was required for birthday present. Contacted customer service multiple times via email and didn't get much help.”

“I ordered a pair of Barker shoes from you and quoted an original specification No , to which you replied ' It doesnt mean anything'. May be you could have asked Barker's. You replied in 48 hours ??? Having confirmed my order with delivery date , you continualy sent me reminders to buy these shoes. I then wondered if you had actaualy processed my oreder ???? Thinking may be I had been scammed , was on the verge of contacting my credit card co. I then had a message that emails would take 72 hours ?????”
