First time user. It took four weeks for the completion of my order. Found everyone very pleasant but without the information regarding the availability of the required items. Got the impression that sales continued despite the stock being available. Some work required to ensure a smooth running operation.

Bought a size 10 boots which is the size I have bought before but they were too large. It cost me over £8 to return them so I think I’ll leave it there rather than risk having to return it again.

When purchasing the site suggested next day delivery Once in the process of purchasing it only offer standard 5-7 “working” days. A time limit used to the maximum. I emailed to chase order and was given a flippant response about standard delivery times which I found disappointing. Items arrived after a trip I wanted then for, 7 to 8 days after ordered. (Not sure exactly, I was away!) I will avoid using in the future unless A Farley is the only place selling an item

Poorly packaged item considering the value of the Jacket I bought. No paperwork so no idea how to return item. You also have to pay for returns. Pretty poor as you can’t exchange items , so I have had to buy 2 jackets to get the size and pay postage twice. Pretty rubbish service really when I have spent nearly £500.

All of our returns information can be found on our website, along with our returns forms which can be downloaded by a clickable link. The reason we do not do exchanges, is we believe it is the best interest for the customer and a lot quicker process, to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order. I placed an order for my holiday on September 9th with delivery stated 3-5 working days. The garments were finally delivered on October 2nd - 2 days after I got back from holiday. So they are no longer of any use to me and in addition I have to pay £8.95 to return them ! Really poor service.

I bought a pair of shoes which ended up being faulty sent them back for repair which took 11 weeks of chasing to be then told I couldn't get my money back only a credit note or replacement.

Ordering process simple. Refunds process painfully slow (still waiting for refund 2 weeks after item was was received by A Farley. Asked for an update by email, as yet no reply.

Sorry to hear you have not yet received your refund, our customer service manager Holly has had a look into this and can see we have received your return. We advise on our website refunds can take up to 14 working days to be processed from the date the return was received. However, we have fast tracked this for you and can confirm your refund has now been processed on the 10th working day. This may take up to 3 days to show back into your account. Do not believe the falsehood about 24 hour DPD delivery. I ordered 3 items which the Farley website assured me at every stage would be delivered next day. Having not received even a dispatch email after 3 days, I enquired on the phone, only to be told that my order was on a 5 day dispatch service. The delay was not the courier, it was Farleys not even shipping it. Sadly, I wanted the clothes I'd ordered in time to take them with me on holiday, which was now not going to be the case, so effectively, Farleys had taken my money under false pretences. I pointed this out to the customer services person, who said she would raise the matter with their website and marketing team. I notice today that their website still states everything will be delivered in 24 hours, so I guess they are still happy to take everyone else's money under false pretences too.

Website shows a huge range of products from quality brands. Prices are certainly competitive with rival on line outlets. The problem comes with their deliivery schedule, the items I purchased had an advertised delivery of 5 to 7 days which in terms of the majority of on line traders is very slow however I accepted this when making my order. I was advised I would receive an email confirming when dispatch was made, after 9 days having heard nothing I emailed the company but the email bounced back as undeliverable despite using their own contact link? After 12 days I telephoned and after being on hold for 15 minutes was advised that the items had been dispatched that day. I received an email confirming this and they were delivered the following day by DPD. 13 days however is todays climate is not, in my opinion, a satisfactory time span for on line deliveries. On a plus the items I purchased were of the quality I expected.

The boots I ordered from you were to big. They were in the sale. I ordered a pair in a smaller size. But they charge full price for them.

I would be pleased to provide a review however the item that I ordered 30 days ago still hasn’t arrived. I only hope that it fits perfectly as I’m afraid of how long an exchange might take.

The packaging arrived a whole week later, but to my disappointment, If I wanted to return the items there was no invoice or returns label included. Despite my efforts to contact the company through email and telephone, I received no response, even though I had reached out prior to the delivery just to clarify a question It is clear that there is a need for significant improvement in customer care and product quality.
