Do not believe the falsehood about 24 hour DPD delivery. I ordered 3 items which the Farley website assured me at every stage would be delivered next day. Having not received even a dispatch email after 3 days, I enquired on the phone, only to be told that my order was on a 5 day dispatch service. The delay was not the courier, it was Farleys not even shipping it. Sadly, I wanted the clothes I'd ordered in time to take them with me on holiday, which was now not going to be the case, so effectively, Farleys had taken my money under false pretences. I pointed this out to the customer services person, who said she would raise the matter with their website and marketing team. I notice today that their website still states everything will be delivered in 24 hours, so I guess they are still happy to take everyone else's money under false pretences too.

Unfortunately not all of our items are advertised under the next working day delivery service. I still haven’t received my order. I’ve sent two emails inquiring about the status and haven’t received a response for either one.

Website shows a huge range of products from quality brands. Prices are certainly competitive with rival on line outlets. The problem comes with their deliivery schedule, the items I purchased had an advertised delivery of 5 to 7 days which in terms of the majority of on line traders is very slow however I accepted this when making my order. I was advised I would receive an email confirming when dispatch was made, after 9 days having heard nothing I emailed the company but the email bounced back as undeliverable despite using their own contact link? After 12 days I telephoned and after being on hold for 15 minutes was advised that the items had been dispatched that day. I received an email confirming this and they were delivered the following day by DPD. 13 days however is todays climate is not, in my opinion, a satisfactory time span for on line deliveries. On a plus the items I purchased were of the quality I expected.

During this time there was a bank holiday also included which unfortunately is not classed as a working day. Upon tracking the order with DPD we can confirm your order was received within the 7 working days as advised on the order confirmation. The boots I ordered from you were to big. They were in the sale. I ordered a pair in a smaller size. But they charge full price for them.

I would be pleased to provide a review however the item that I ordered 30 days ago still hasn’t arrived. I only hope that it fits perfectly as I’m afraid of how long an exchange might take.

The packaging arrived a whole week later, but to my disappointment, If I wanted to return the items there was no invoice or returns label included. Despite my efforts to contact the company through email and telephone, I received no response, even though I had reached out prior to the delivery just to clarify a question It is clear that there is a need for significant improvement in customer care and product quality.

Bought lots of expensive shoes from yourself and only realised I have to pay nearly £8 to return a pair of shoes that are not suitable, very disappointed with your policy

Delivery was late. Contradicting information about postal charges. Very poor communication from the delivery firm. Communication with Farley wasn't satisfactory and I had to ask and send emails asking where my delivery was. I doubt I will order again.

The delivery time from order to reseve is too long ( order 10 /03/2023 To 23/06/2023) Whithout any information to the costumer. There is no indication that taxes for export are not incluted.

Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. As advised on our website under shipping, for orders to the EU, you will not be charged any taxes or custom fees at the checkout. ordered 2 pairs of trousers in different colours which took 3 weeks to arrive and on opening them, they were both the same colour.

Jeans were different to the same ones I bought previously, identical brand and code. Returned at my expense but very slow in processing my refund.

Unfortunately there is little positive to say. I found what I thought were the perfect boots. They took longer to arrive than expected. Not able to see any tracking evidence on the DOD website, I emailed. Never had a response. Then unfortunately the boots were a disaster, I couldn’t get my foot in. I tried to phone as I was led to believe, I might get some advice. No one answered the phone. Eventually I got a response from the chat, but that took time. The link to the DPD returns page didn’t work. So I opted for Royal Mail. I just hope I get a refund. So very, very disappointed. I opted for Farley, because despite having a good choice, I wanted to support a family firm and thought I’d get the service promised.

The trousers I ordered arrived reasonably promptly. However although the same size as others I had bought from you made by BRUHL, they are a very small fit. I called to discuss this, but received no support. To return the package is not inexpensive. This is not the service I expect, having been a regular customer.
