“Ordered pre delivery on a pair of hamburgs in June release date july. In glasgow fort on 1st of july and they are in scotts shop to buy. Now this is 6th july still not received my pre order ones and no email updates to keep me informed very poor service if you ask me.”

Hi Jack we received the Lombardy jacket back yesterday but you included an invoice number that is not your actual order and you left no name on the returning paperwork so we had no idea who it came from. Now you've mailed we know this jacket is yours so you will be refunded today, regards 80sCC.

Hi Josh we can only apologise for the mistake, we're all human. You were compensated as it was our fault and a refund of your postage costs was made a few days later.

Hi Dayquan, you ordered the Davis polo shirt that comes with a navy collar as you ordered. The photo you are looking at on the website item is just a classic image of John McEnroe wearing a old original. We did send the correct item, but if you're not happy you can return the item.

Hi Sorin you ordered on 21/1/15 late evening so the item was posted on the 22/1/15. As you live in Romania it does take a bit longer. Having tracked the item it has arrived in Romania and is currently being processed as of 29/1/15.

Hi Sarah we can only apologise on behalf of Royal Mail as we send everything recorded signed for and the postman should know not to do that. We have refunded your postal costs and put in an investigation with Royal Mail to find out why this had happened.

This is a rare unfortunate system error and we can only apologies if this does ever happen we do automatically refund, to the best of our knowledge this can appear within 3 days delayed with bank holidays etc. I can only apologies and will always look to help . NEIL
