Poor service.. Took my money and didn't even have the size in stock. Apparently I've to wait now, 5 working days now to have my money back.why take my money in the first place......

Hi, As per our email correspondence, the item was out of stock due to an issue within our warehouse and could be for a number of reasons. We wouldn't knowingly sell an item if we knew it wasn't in stock to be dispatched. As per our email, we advise a refund time of *up to* 5 working days so as to manage expectations - this is dependant on your bank once the refund leaves us. Kind Regards, 80sCC

The trainers I purchased are perfect and as described. I love them! My issue with my very first order from 80s Casual Classics Ltd is that I wasn't sent a dispatched confirmation email as was promised so therefore no tracking information has been supplied to me. There isn't any tracking information on the "my orders" section of "my account" either so despite having paid for next-day delivery with tracking I was unable to track my order as the relevant information wasn't sent to me or made available to me online. If it hadn't been for the reliability of the DPD app I have installed on my phone keeping me informed I would have been in the dark about where my parcel was and when I would receive it. This may seem a trivial matter however, it is important to me and, I have to say it has somewhat spoilt my first experience with this company and I will hesitate to use them again in the future because of it.

Love the range of 80s classics . Definitely my thing. Have about 20 track tops. However last item I ordered was not a 2XL as label , it was 56” chest! Arms fitted fine then flared out like a tent. Is this a genuine item? Can’t be doing with the fannying about of returns.

Recently bought the fila velour was a little disappointed with the padded shoulders. Either than that top clobber. Just was surprised with the padding as all my other fila velour don't have padded shoulders.

The product was first class the delivery service awful the delivered it to a total different address two streets away. I only got the pasal back as my friend who I live with had the same thing none to him with the same delivery service DPL. I would like to order more products with you but I don't trust the delivery service.

Product arrived without paper labels and an air of being a return/good condition vintage - I though I was buying new but have no way of confirming this or not. Payed for next day - it came the day after next. i.e. two day delivery and not the one I payed for.

I've spent a small fortune over the last 4 months and u never send any money off codes. U can see my orders and what I've spent would be nice to get a bit of discount.

When place a order they never send a confirmation threw my email also when I log in they don’t send me the link of my pass word I always havin a issue buyin stuff then have to go threw my bank knowin I have money in my account like now

Great products but a service that is quite poor in terms of communication and swiftness on returned items. No danger in getting it to you quickly, just watch the after burners disintegrate when it’s time to cough up.

Love the Adidas runners. Reasonable at €80. But sting in the tail was a €42 surcharge for taxes/duties that arrived 2 weeks later (I’m in Dublin. The EU). Thank you Brexit! Love the clothes on this site but won’t be shopping here again. Cant afford 50% price uplifts to pay for it being outside EU.

Got the correct product in the end but when I received the first one that was the wrong size from the one I ordered and was clearly a previously returned item I was not impressed more so when I had to pay the costs of the return.

I usually have really good experiences with 80s Casual Classics but was somewhat surprised when my last shipment arrived. Someone had seen fit to just ship the shoe box with a plastic bag covering which did nothing to protect the box and shoes from the damage of international delivery. Needless to say, the box was damaged and a slight crease was on the shoe. Not major damage; still wearable but just wondering why they chose to send them like that? Other than that everything was perfect.
