It won't allow me to log in ,it won't allow me to proceed after numerous times of accepting term's and conditions, you need to sort it out or will be shopping elsewhere

Yes , I ordered a Tommy Coat , I odered it Friday 11th last week on next working day delivery , Its Thursday the 15th I have had 5 different times that the driver will be turning up , But still waiting , Shocking Service ORDER BUT YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

I can only give you one star because altough the shoes were quickly send, i think they were a return since they lacked the papers that fills the inside of each pair from the factory, the tags were held by a thread and above all the trainers are of appalling quality. Since i’m from Romania and i wanted the shoes for my boyfriend, who likes this model, i see no point of returning them, it’s not worth it financially, i have already paid about 30 euros in custom fees, that makes it more than 100 euros for it. Such a shame, you should check the item if it’s ok before you ship it, put some passion in this!

I bought an e-voucher as a Christmas present but could not find a way for the recipient to use this. I thought the number on the voucher would allow the person to buy from the site but this did not seem possible. He eventually picked something from your site which I purchased from my e-wallet in my account. Normally I can purchase a voucher from a website and pass on to a recipient who can use this with a voucher code number.

Hi, We can't help but feel that a 1 star review is slightly harsh under the circumstances. There are instructions on the e-voucher page of our website advising that as this is an electronic gift voucher, it needs to be sent to the email address of the intended recipient. If you had contacted us we would have been able to rectify the issue for you prior to the recipient having to use your e-wallet (this could have been transferred). Kind Regards, 80sCC

Absolute disgusting behaviour I've been fed lie after lie for 3 solid weeks then told I have to get refund . Not even a sweetener like complementary socks or boxers for them hanging onto 200 quid this length of time . Won't shop here again and advise everyone else to steer clear nothing more than hooligans running this outfit

Hi, We're sorry to hear that you feel this way. As we're sure you are aware, Royal Mail have been on strike intermittently throughout November and December which has caused chaos for other courier companies (in this case DPD) - We would never intentionally mislead you and can see that we've only been giving you the information provided to us by DPD. As we previously advised you, we were unable to replace your delivery due to the items no longer being in stock so discussed with yourself allowing DPD up until Christmas to fix the delivery issues and as this did not happen we refunded you in full as per your request. Whilst we try to provide the best service possible, we do not have our own fleet of delivery drivers so we do have to rely on courier companies to fulfil our deliveries and it is a shame that on this occasion DPD's performance has reflected badly on ourselves. Hi, You placed an order on Bank Holiday Friday and our website clearly stated that this order would not be dispatched until the following Monday. On Monday, we became aware that the item was out of stock and notified you immediately. You responded over 7 hours later and requested a full refund which was processed straight away when your email was opened the following morning and you were advised that this would appear in your account within 5 working days depending on your bank. We're sorry you feel that these time frames are inappropriate but had you responded sooner, we would have been able to process the refund for you. Kind Regards, 80sCC

Ordered coupon on line for delivery by email Christmas eve. In spite if this I have had emails to say its being delivered to my home. Then emails to say is been sent but unable to deliver as email address is wrong yes its was wrong inspite of the fact they had already sent numerous emails to me with wrong info. Just waiting see if it does arrive where and when it should do.

Ordering from Barcelona, Spain. Placed the order the 11th of October, received it the 8th of November. Had to pay an extra +21€ taxes when picking it up. CS not responsive and clueless. I do not recommend ordering any goods if you're living outside the UK, unless you're willing to wait a month and pay extra fees on it.

Hi, We're sorry you feel this way. We do advise of customs charges on our website so we're sorry if you've missed this information. These customs charges are as a result of Brexit and are out of our control which is why we make reference to this to inform our overseas buyers that charges may be incurred. The courier company also advise that they attempted delivery prior to the 8th of November but there was nobody at the property to receive this. my last order clothes was missing and wrong items sent out.. and small fitting.. one item had a black mark on it. cost me £15 in returns for a order of £230 unacceptable!!! Giving you one more chance with my order on 30/09/21 less hope its right this time and nothing missing... you need to start doing free returns!! £15 to return clothes because they were wrong items clothes misses is not right

I ordered product 0017800206 Unfortunately it was too big. I returned as instructed by 1st class signed for. Item was accepted on 6th September. I am still awaiting £74-90 back into my bank. I have sent numerous emails & nobody has a clue what's going on. I won't be using this company again & would advise anybody against using them.

101,50 Euros de taxes douanière à la réception payé à DHL qui se sert au passage (14,58 Euros + 2,92). J'aurai aimé être informé qu'une taxe serai appliquée. Pas cool. Je pense que les acheteurs ne sont pas au courant et quand cela tombe ça fait mal. Je ne suis pas content du tout. Il serait bien que Casual 80' informe CLAIREMENT les clients étrangers.

AVOID!!!!! I paid for next day delivery because I needed them for that evening, they didn't arrive, so I had to go and buy the same trainers from a shop. The trainers arrived the next day and of course I no longer require them, so I contacted 80's Casual Classics regarding this and they expect me to pay for the return. This is the first and last time I will be buying from them. AVOID IF YOU NEED YOUR ITEM THE NEXT DAY, AS YOU MAY NOT GET THEM AND HAVE TO PAY TO RETURN THEM WHEN THEY FINALLY ARRIVE!!!!

Hi, I can see that your order was dispatched on 15/7/21 on a next working day delivery service. DPD attempted delivery on 16/7/21 and nobody was home to receive the delivery. Hi, According to the tracking information, delivery was attempted several times and nobody was at the address to accept the order. As such, this order was returned to sender and arrived back with us yesterday.
