“I have been looking to make an order for a while as a surprise but as I wanted to be sure of size I had to ask partner to check without showing him the item Did so Thursday item arrived in time requested day I was so happy with the delivery and quality of the item I could not keep it till Christmas Happy hubby first thing he said was the size is perfect and the quality is fantastic”

“I would give it less more like no stars...ordered a pair of trainers off there website and it was a simple order then I got the trainers a d they weren't even the right colours as stated on the picture of the trainer on website so sending them back and bot bothering with these guys again can't even get a set of trainers right..well what's more to say”

Hi, You purchased an item clearly listed as 'Yellow / Silver Grey' but wanted this to be blue. The item description also states 'This version of the Diadora Titan trainers are crafted from a premium feeling suede in yellow with flashes of red and silver'... still no mention of blue. Whilst we do try to accommodate customer feedback, we can't manage expectation levels if the information on our product page isn't being read. In future, we would always advise reading product descriptions to avoid any disappointment - if a product says it is yellow/silver then we would expect there is a very slim chance of this being a different colour upon arrival.
