I ordered a Medium top, as per the size chart. It was so misshapen I couldn't decide what size it actually was. Very disappointed with the quality of the product and sent back. Will be wary of ordering from company in future. :-(

I ordered on the 8th of May to be delivered in the uk and still not delivered.I payed with my uae bank card and the transaction has been taking from my account.My web number is 43672 Regards Francis Arrowsmith

Bought an XL adidas white and green. Utterly disappointed it was massive and looked like a tent as well as a fake. Previously I brought a blue and with white stripes in large and it was too tight . I can't win ...rip off

Wore my new Lyle & Scott jumper once and the stitching came out when taking it off. Great way to waste £70 - very very poor quality.

Terrible quality, not Wat I expected for 25 quid, and a large was a women's size 12 in the men's section!!! Not happy

Very disappointed with the service unfortunately. I paid for next day delivery. It didn't arrive next day. 2 days later I received a text that my parcel was to arrive on that day. Following that, I received a text saying it wouldn't be arriving. Howevr it did actually arrive - and guess what ? it was the wrong item inside the package, the item inside was adreesed to another individual with all his personal details on the paperwork. I finally received my item 2 days after that. Sorry.

Not very good , purchase an item for £60 , and you can buy them in the factory shop for £40 , rip off

I as a customer am very unhappy with the service that I've gotten.I ordered something for a certain price & was over charged I emailed & got a slight response I emailed again & again to resolve this issue & no one has replied back, I would like to have this issue resolved before I take this matter to a legal stand point.

I'm very sorry you feel this way, however after looking into this further we have found that we re-sent a replacement coat to you on the 6/1/16 on a Next Day Signed for service and have refunded all postal charges incurred for this issue back to you.

Since you ask... You sent me the wrong item. I complained that I had to spend about an hour and £2.80 on postage in the Post Office in their busiest week of the year mailing it back to you. I assume you have refunded my credit card with £2.80. I have not checked this yet. Your time isn't free (I assume) and therefore nor is mine. I won't be ordering from you again unless you acknowledge this.
