I ordered a pair of shorts which you said you had in stock, when I chased them as they hadn't arrived I had received an email saying that unfortunately they were now out of stock. Very disappointing.

The delivery service DPD was not to identify in a position the package, so that the consignment never arrived at me. The purchase should be a gift, but the package never arrived at me. So I could not make a joy for my husband to our jubilee. I have repeatedly get in contact again with DPD, but they were unable to deliver the package.

International Buyers Beware (especially when buying from the USA). This company does not disclose that you will bear the burden for US Duties and Fees. Our $400 final and complete paid-for order (at least we thought) would not be delivered unless we paid the delivery carrier $82 in import duties and fees. 80's Casual Classics does not disclose this nor will the CEO Neil Primett reimburse these fees.

Please note that this information can be found in our Delivery Terms: Whilst non Eu countries will be saved UK VAT charges, any local Customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges will be paid by the recipient of the parcel.Unfortunately we have no control over these charges.

The postal charge policies are extremely irritating. In my case I had to pay postal charges twice, when ordering the items and when returning items. In total I had to pay 25 Euro for sending to packages from UK to Germany, Berlin back and forth. My advice to 80s Casual: Check out why Amazon & Co. is so successful why customer experience is crucial nowadays. Personally I will never order items via this platform again.

My last order was sent back for a refund as both garments had faults. I have had many problems with poor quality clothing and have had to send quite a few pieces back.

Received 2 jackets 1 was sent the wrong size the packet said 2xl but the jacket was only xl I have called your office 6 times and left messages no one has called back I have sent the jacket back and haven't heard anything, I would not buy anything of you again really disappointed

Hi we are sorry to hear about the jacket being mis-labelled as thats a genuine fault done at the factory and hard to spot for the picking team. We would be more than happy to fully refund you the product cost and postage. Have you definitely called us on the correct number as 6 times seems excessive without being able to speak with someone, unless you tried at the weekend when we are closed and no one is available. Have you tried to email customer services as they will also be able to help resolve the issue for you.

This was my first order from 80s. I have ordered a jacket and paid with my visa card. Everthing was fine. But the same day i have received a cancellation letter because the transaction looked suspicious or something like that. I dont think that the problem was because i live outside UK. I think this should not happen.

The jacket received was very poor. The zip system is broken and cannot be opened. One of the pockets has a big hole in it and a lot of the stitching isn't even close to straight. Very disappointed with the company

Ordered a jacket as birthday present for my father's birthday. Paid for it as it state in stock. Had emails saying payment taken, waiting to be shipped and even a time and date when I would receive it. The night before I was due to receive it, I was told there was an error on the website and that the product was not in stock. If this had happened on the day of ordering I wouldn't of minded but it was the evening before and the day before my father's birthday which left it too late for me to go out and get another present or order something instead. Should always have website up to date to save customers being let down.

Hi Francesca, May I once more offer my sincerest apologies to both you and your father for the error that left him without a birthday present. We are driven to offer the best customer service possible and following this issue we have invested even more time in assuring that errors like this do not happen and will be implementing a new system within our warehouse to improve processes further. I am still waiting for this product to come in, however as soon as it does it will be sent out to you on next-day delivery and you will be contacted. Ordered runners 3 weeks ago and the order was cancelled for a reason I don't know why in was never emailed to say the order was cancelled and was left with no present for my brothers birthday. Don't think I will be returning to this website.

Hi Jason, It looks like you've received your order now? The courier had some trouble getting to your address and it was returned to us. We then had to send it out again. Let us know if you haven't had it and we'll look further into it for you on 01234851 681

I'm warning anybody not to buy this because I bought this wore for about less than a day washed it and it had black stains everywhere

There could've been a manufacturing fault which is why this may have happened and we would be happy to sort this all out for you and offer a replacement or refund.
