“I payed for Sunday delivery on the basis it would arrive on the Sunday, This for me was last minute holiday clothing and I flew out the country on the Tuesday very annoyed and disappointed it didn't arrive, I then returned home to discover it had arrive the following Sunday ! Simple not acceptable”

“I ordered a white pair of trainers but I was sent a cream pair by mistake. I contacted the company and was told to send them back and they would refund the cost. They didn't! so I sent them an email which they ignored. So it cost me money to return the item because they couldn't send me the correct colour of trainers! NOT ACCEPTABLE!”
