“this was an excellent fast service and tshirt is lovely however as i had to exchange, i had to pay for delivery twice and a return charge (ie 3 thimes) costing an additional £10, which really added to cost significantly”

“Really disappointed with the gift voucher system. The inability to transfer it to another individual ended up with me having a gift voucher to spend on myself when I tried to purchase for someone else. Very complicated and poor customer experience. The stores and website are so good, but the gift voucher system really let you down.”

“Love 80s casuals I have bought so many bits of vintage clothes from it from filla track tops to Weekend offender jackets ect cant go wrong but only wrong ive ever had is i bought aftershave because im a 80s kinda guy so thought id get spray to bought boss number one and its like i spray it a few times and within a hour i cant smell it but one bad cant win over all the goods ive had from here ill give it a 4 clothes are unreal if your a 80s fashion kinda man”

“Bought a polo shirt and trainers, both arrived next day. Unfortunately the shirt was the wrong size, I returned it, Adam in Customer Service replied straight away, sorted the problem very quickly. He was in constant contact, very helpful, excellent Customer Service. The clothes and trainers are excellent quality. I'll be back for more.”
