I'm very sorry to hear that you paid £35.00 to return 2 jackets, this is very odd as we have never had a customer have to pay as much as this to return item's. We would recommend you contact us before paying such a high cost as other services are available at a lesser rate.

“The size 10 trainers i bought were too small...probably a 9 or 8.5. No problem sometimes this happens, although the other 3 pairs of Puma Trainers I have are all size 10 and fit correctly. The problem I have is I had to pay myself to return them. So together with the postage and packaging i paid for having them delivered I'm over £11 out of pocket........and no Trainers. Other companies give you a return label and you can return them free of charge by the courier company that delivered them.”

“I ordered a pair of shoes in a size 12,the shoes arrived and it's a size 12 1/2,I'm in the US,not knowing they were going to send me a UK size 12 which is much bigger, it cost $57 to send the shoes back which I think is absolutely ridiculous,that's more than half of what I paid for the shoes,if you're going to sell to the US at least offer a US size chart so customers can can order there correct size,thanks for nothing, now I'm stuck with a pair of shoes that I can't wear...”

All clothing and footwear sizes are shown on our UK based site are UK sizes, please note the trainer you purchased has a size guide that shows the Adidas conversion chart from UK sizes to both European and US.
