I would give it less more like no stars...ordered a pair of trainers off there website and it was a simple order then I got the trainers a d they weren't even the right colours as stated on the picture of the trainer on website so sending them back and bot bothering with these guys again can't even get a set of trainers right..well what's more to say

Hi, You purchased an item clearly listed as 'Yellow / Silver Grey' but wanted this to be blue. The item description also states 'This version of the Diadora Titan trainers are crafted from a premium feeling suede in yellow with flashes of red and silver'... still no mention of blue. Whilst we do try to accommodate customer feedback, we can't manage expectation levels if the information on our product page isn't being read. In future, we would always advise reading product descriptions to avoid any disappointment - if a product says it is yellow/silver then we would expect there is a very slim chance of this being a different colour upon arrival.

Had had a pair of obviously faulty Patrick trainers. 7 months old and well looked after. But the stitching has come undone.. Customer service didn't care... Selling faulty goods and doing nothing about it

Hi, Your order was made over 10 months ago, not 7 as you have mentioned in your review - The issue you explained sounds like this is likely caused by general wear and tear over this time period and not due to a 'obvious fault'. Returned a faulty item at a cost of £7 as they advised to send back as recorded delivery,and never got refunded. Will not order from these again as it cost me to return faulty goods. Even thow I requested a full refund as it was not my fault. Would not recommend this company

Do not buy the Diadora Diadora 80s MB Elite Trainer White/Gold from 80s Casual Classics. I had only worn mine a few times, which can be evidenced by the condition of the sole, and they cracked badly. Casuals only guarantee them for six months from purchase. I didn’t wear them straight away. Officially, Diadora guarantee them for 2 years !!

I ordered Patrick trainers in a size 9 and a Sergio Tacchini polo in a 2XL. The trainers were too small and the polo was too big. I returned them and heard nothing. I contacted customer services who said they had issues with their warehouse and my return would be delayed. I waited over a week and contacted again. This time I was met with a rude customer service agents who blamed me for not keeping a receipt from May 16th. There was no hint of an apology just blaming the customer and suggesting that I wanted free goods. In future I will stick with retailers on Amazon where returns have never been an issue.

Hi, As we have previously advised, we are yet to receive your return parcel. Whilst we have a flexible returns policy, we're unable to act on this until the goods are within our posession and we'd be surprised to find another company who operates outside of these parameters, Amazon included. We have requested your support with regards to the return tracking information so that we can try and assist from our side but you've been unable to provide this. We would advise that not having received your return parcel doesn't constitute as poor customer service and again we must insist that we're happy to help if you will work with us in obtaining the tracking information for your return. Absolute joke of a company, paid for item on Friday next day delivery, this being the weekend I was willing to wait until Tuesday for delivery. I have had zero communication with this company after two emails and waiting almost a week for nothing. Paying for next day delivery too, bad management and poor customer service. I would avoid this company at all costs. I have requested a full refund.!

First time ordering and very disappointed, received my order but upon opening the package I noticed inside the packaging that the bag the Lois cords were in had already been torn open, upon inspection of the cord they had a terrible odour like they had been left in a restaurant kitchen, it appears to me that these had already been returned by another and then sent out to me as new, so returned for refund, however although these imo fell under faulty goods due to the condition I received them, seller charged me for the return postage which goes against their own returns policy.

Bought a jacket and it arrived with a million creases, think I'm going to have to wait six months for the creases to come out before I can wear it. atrocious I won't be using this site again.

Yes , I ordered a Tommy Coat , I odered it Friday 11th last week on next working day delivery , Its Thursday the 15th I have had 5 different times that the driver will be turning up , But still waiting , Shocking Service ORDER BUT YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

I can only give you one star because altough the shoes were quickly send, i think they were a return since they lacked the papers that fills the inside of each pair from the factory, the tags were held by a thread and above all the trainers are of appalling quality. Since i’m from Romania and i wanted the shoes for my boyfriend, who likes this model, i see no point of returning them, it’s not worth it financially, i have already paid about 30 euros in custom fees, that makes it more than 100 euros for it. Such a shame, you should check the item if it’s ok before you ship it, put some passion in this!

I bought an e-voucher as a Christmas present but could not find a way for the recipient to use this. I thought the number on the voucher would allow the person to buy from the site but this did not seem possible. He eventually picked something from your site which I purchased from my e-wallet in my account. Normally I can purchase a voucher from a website and pass on to a recipient who can use this with a voucher code number.

Hi, We can't help but feel that a 1 star review is slightly harsh under the circumstances. There are instructions on the e-voucher page of our website advising that as this is an electronic gift voucher, it needs to be sent to the email address of the intended recipient. If you had contacted us we would have been able to rectify the issue for you prior to the recipient having to use your e-wallet (this could have been transferred). Kind Regards, 80sCC
