I Never received the shorts I purchased. Really wanted / liked the shorts but never got them. When I wrote to Corey from customer service he claimed 80s Casual Classics have no control over how long packages get held up in Australian customs ( I live in Toronto , Canada). Appalling customer service - and I will spread the word amongst all Ex Pats I know here living in Toronto of how bad the service is. Will happily never go to this company again.

Hi, we're sorry you feel this way. Obviously the customs situation is out of our control regardless of your country of residence so although it sounds like our adviser has mentioned the wrong country in error, the same principle applies. My Adidas Gazelles rubber gum soles have worn through already ?? They cost almost £70, I’m hoping that I’m unlucky and it was a dodgy pair that fell through the quality control net !?

Having been a long time customer online, made a purchase in store in Derby and despite a full 14 day full return policy through the website, there is only a credit or exchange policy in store (even within 2 days of purchase).... Product was unworn and with tags in tack, but no returns policy at all!!! Shame as the store is amazing, but in terms of customer service levels this is largely appalling and poor as a policy, no wonder the high street is becoming obsolete in the UK!!! I won't be shopping in store at 80s Classic Casuals again....

I am so very dissapointed with everything. I have placed an order in AUGUST and now it is almost november and my order still isn’t here. This is awful and I really trusted them and they did this to me. I just want my money back and I want a refound. Do not order from this site!!!! I wanted to suprise my boyfriend with Adidas Handball Spezials and now i just lost my money!!! Just give me a refound

The product was good but I am appalled that your returns policy is within 2 weeks. I bought 2 of the same product for fit (for a birthday present) and presumed I would have a month to return. I will never order from this company again.

Returned shirt (my fault, too small)paid postage £3.30 then charged £3.40 by 80s classics. £6.70 so I will not be ordering anything else.

I received my order today ...!!!??? Do you imagine!!!??? This order placed in 26/8/2019 !!!!! That’s why !!!??? Cause you shipping in Royal Mail !!!! You have to add another shipping option like DHL, Aramex, Skynetworldwide.....etc you are big company and able to add this options to your site . I would like to buy from your site again, but with this way of shipping l think not . * To be ownest with you, you deserve five stars, but with this Royal Mail shipping I gave you only one star. Very poor i ordered 2 2xl jackets got one 2xl and the other was a xl with a 2xl sticker over label luckily i managed to sell it to a friend but wont be ordering in future

Both trainers and t shirts came outside the boxes all over the places. Boxes were hanging in half. Not like before when usually ordering them when they came nicely packaged with sweets etc. Won’t be ordering from them again, especially with the response I got when I asked them why this was. Poor customer service and products come chucked at you.

Hi Kevin, we have not dispatched orders with sweets since a one time period during Christmas 2017 (although we still use the same packaging). If you are not happy with the condition your delivery arrived in then we would have replaced the items for you - You would just need to contact us at sales@80scasualclassics.co.uk. After about 5 wears the front lip of the right trainer became unstuck, i tried supergluing it back on but has since come away again and spilt down the middle.

White Adidas Gazelles with rubber trim , poor quality. The leather around the bend of the foot is so thin . It has come away from the rubber trim already only few months of wearing them. Gazelles are my favourite yet this pair are appauling!!

I found two items I wanted and thought it was expensive to have them delivered £4.95 and then when they didn’t fit I had to pay £4 to post them back. So the experience of buying with them cost me £8.95. I won’t buy from them again.

Hi After many years of excellent service with 80s and a happy customer, I’m currently a very unhappy customer!! I returned items of clothing to the value of £160 ish . I did not ask for recorded or signed for delivery at the post office ( never have done in the past ) . I have contacted 80s on 4 occasions in the past 4 weeks to ask about my refund, to be told we haven’t received your items back !! Then I’m put on hold while they check today’s returns, 10- 20 seconds later no sorry we haven’t received anything!! We are trading from a industrial estate so they have been delivered to another address. So after many years I won’t be buying again. Malcolm

Never received my trainers after nearly 2 weeks offered a refund Courier service was to blame lost in transit!! Never returned or updated after first call had to call again for refund

Good quick service initially. The problem was that 2 out of the four T-shirt’s were dirty and looked like they had been worn. Sent them back and one was out of stock and one was exchanged for another tshirt but the same dirty T-shirt arrived back. Poor service

At first, it was indicated that there was a coupon code to access the 10% on all items of the site. I have tried several times but unsuccessful. I have written an email and answered me that it only worked for certain items (in fact, the promotion was sent by mail and only served to make you spend money in their shop)! I tried and made simulations with all the brands and all kinds of clothes, sales or not sales but it never worked... I bought a track jacket in this shop and I have not received it yet !!! I have sent messages several times for several weeks in order to know my tracking number and know where my item is but they ignore all my messages!!! Before buying on their site, they will answer quickly but once the item purchased, they totally ignore you ...
