“Ordered an Adidas T-shirt. Good price; decent delivery. But first time I washed it at 30 degrees all the red colour from the sleeves has leeched into the white part of the T-shirt. Looks stupid now. Doesn't appear to be good quality like other Adidas T's.”

“Prompt action when they take my order and money is taken from my account, however two weeks later after making my order and delivery to Bahrain (14th May), my item has still not arrived. The International Tracked and Sign for the Royal Mail stated between 5-7 days for delivery but yet still waiting. 80s Casuals needs to review this as its an inconvenience. I have paid for my item already but still no sign of it and Royal Mail has not updated anything on their site...…...I like the clothing that's on offer in this site, as you don't see them in stores around the world, however if it means I have to wait for days, weeks to get my items, might not use again, unless they use courier services like DHL or FEDEx”

“A month ago I ordered a Jacket, I still have not received it until now. I already tried to contact you guys for 3 times via mail and support center, your tel. Number is invalid and can not be reached. I haven't got any answer since than. I spoke to DPD already but they need YOU to get active so I can maybe get my packet somehow... I really hope... No.. I EXPECT you now to do something, that's not a customer support, you're leaving me alone with that situation I can't do anything about. The thing is that I ordered a parka I could use a month ago as it was cold, but now it's getting really warm an I don't know if I would send it back if I get it sometime. Please contact me and do a scrutiny mission at DPD. I am willing to change my review if I get help.”

“Shocking service. Ordered my item and paid. Got notifications that my item was due to be delivered on the specified date, received emails and texts from the deliver company asking for preferences. Only to get an email the day before delivery saying because of a computer glitch my order was never actually received. Despite taking my money and sending out delivery notifications. No offer to send out my order on another date or any sort of compensation. Just that I'd get my money back in so man days. Will not be using again”
