My Adidas sneakers i bought, is making a squeeking noise. I Write it to you, but I havent heard anything back. I cant use the shoes, because it is very loud. So i am not satisfied. I would like to purchase a lot more Adidas shoes, but now i am afraid to. ☹️

Unfortunately you do not deliver to the Channel Islands where I live so I was given a refund. Please let me know if this Changes

A month ago I ordered a Jacket, I still have not received it until now. I already tried to contact you guys for 3 times via mail and support center, your tel. Number is invalid and can not be reached. I haven't got any answer since than. I spoke to DPD already but they need YOU to get active so I can maybe get my packet somehow... I really hope... No.. I EXPECT you now to do something, that's not a customer support, you're leaving me alone with that situation I can't do anything about. The thing is that I ordered a parka I could use a month ago as it was cold, but now it's getting really warm an I don't know if I would send it back if I get it sometime. Please contact me and do a scrutiny mission at DPD. I am willing to change my review if I get help.

Shocking service. Ordered my item and paid. Got notifications that my item was due to be delivered on the specified date, received emails and texts from the deliver company asking for preferences. Only to get an email the day before delivery saying because of a computer glitch my order was never actually received. Despite taking my money and sending out delivery notifications. No offer to send out my order on another date or any sort of compensation. Just that I'd get my money back in so man days. Will not be using again

I have purchased two products at the same time (for Christmas) and only received one of them. I have claimed, sent photos of the package (in a poor condition), and no answer of 80s cassual classic so far.

good morning make the purchase has been different obstacles that I did not expect The first is that once you have made the payment in which you already had my money, you ask me to certify that it is my account ... if you already have my money so I have to prove it? prices vary just in the last step before making the purchase ... increasing 20% ​​casulidad that you do not notice .... with the mess of having to demote that was my account the order has taken more than 10 days to arrive .... very bad service.

I ordered a Farah jumper for my boyfriend's Christmas and it arrived with a large hole in the body. I returned the product and asked for another to be sent. The jumper didn't arrive in time for Christmas but when it did arrive, the jumper had another hole in it. This time at the back near the label. I question the authenticity of this jumper as I find it hard to believe two Farah jumpers would be this poor quality. I also suggest the firm do quality checks before sending items out. The first jumper would have been hard to miss the hole if checked as it was large! I returned the second parcel and then had to chase for a refund as all had been very quiet. I did receive my refund in the end, plus the refund for both parcels returned. Unfortunately I won't recommend this site to anyone or return myself

The hat I ordered was not a good shape and the logo didn’t look right and the stitching on the label was attroshous went to sent it back but got lost in post so going through claims department now!

Bought Adidas track top In red , all good but the red is muted not the bright red you see in the pictures . Also if you google that particular color should be a very bright red ... instead the product I received is a sad, Muted red... Please do not edit colours to your products! . P.s ( just to be shure i checked on 4 diffrent monitors)

I have made a purchase that had said that item was in stock. It was and was told I would get that money refunded. The next thing I know I have been charged the whole amount. I had sent an email to enquire about this but STILL no reply or more importantly my reimbursement. Probably won't use the site again.

Called 80s classics and I was told I couldn't return the ellesse track Top, I am an XL and it dosent fit at all way to small, I must have spent £600 plus with 80s classics, not happy at all.
