“Hi After many years of excellent service with 80s and a happy customer, I’m currently a very unhappy customer!! I returned items of clothing to the value of £160 ish . I did not ask for recorded or signed for delivery at the post office ( never have done in the past ) . I have contacted 80s on 4 occasions in the past 4 weeks to ask about my refund, to be told we haven’t received your items back !! Then I’m put on hold while they check today’s returns, 10- 20 seconds later no sorry we haven’t received anything!! We are trading from a industrial estate so they have been delivered to another address. So after many years I won’t be buying again. Malcolm”

“Good quick service initially. The problem was that 2 out of the four T-shirt’s were dirty and looked like they had been worn. Sent them back and one was out of stock and one was exchanged for another tshirt but the same dirty T-shirt arrived back. Poor service”

“At first, it was indicated that there was a coupon code to access the 10% on all items of the site. I have tried several times but unsuccessful. I have written an email and answered me that it only worked for certain items (in fact, the promotion was sent by mail and only served to make you spend money in their shop)! I tried and made simulations with all the brands and all kinds of clothes, sales or not sales but it never worked... I bought a track jacket in this shop and I have not received it yet !!! I have sent messages several times for several weeks in order to know my tracking number and know where my item is but they ignore all my messages!!! Before buying on their site, they will answer quickly but once the item purchased, they totally ignore you ...”

“Ordered an Adidas T-shirt. Good price; decent delivery. But first time I washed it at 30 degrees all the red colour from the sleeves has leeched into the white part of the T-shirt. Looks stupid now. Doesn't appear to be good quality like other Adidas T's.”

“Prompt action when they take my order and money is taken from my account, however two weeks later after making my order and delivery to Bahrain (14th May), my item has still not arrived. The International Tracked and Sign for the Royal Mail stated between 5-7 days for delivery but yet still waiting. 80s Casuals needs to review this as its an inconvenience. I have paid for my item already but still no sign of it and Royal Mail has not updated anything on their site...…...I like the clothing that's on offer in this site, as you don't see them in stores around the world, however if it means I have to wait for days, weeks to get my items, might not use again, unless they use courier services like DHL or FEDEx”
