Muy mala gestión en el envío, no me llegó el e-mail comunicando la salida del paquete, no me llegó al domicilio que se especificaba, no figuraba mi nombre en el paquete.

Hola, Lamentamos que no esté satisfecho con el servicio de entrega. Podemos ver que no se ingresó un nombre en la dirección de entrega en el punto de compra, razón por la cual el nombre no estaba en el paquete, pero esperamos que esté satisfecho con sus productos. Saludos cordiales, 80sCC

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. We can see that your order has been dispatched twice but both times it has been returned to sender due to an issue with your delivery address. We have contacted you to try and resolve this but will process a refund as soon as your order arrived back here at our warehouse. Hi Oliver, The order you have placed is for a 'pre-order' item which we are expecting to arrive in stock imminently. As soon as the item is in stock your order will be dispatched and you will receive your tracking information via email. I hope this helps. Kind Regards, 80sCC

Item was out of stock according to 80s casual when I placed the order. I never saw this and if this was the case why did they take my money without even giving me a estimated time frame of when item would be back in stock. I emailed to request a full refund and they advised me that my payment had failed. This was not the case through my PayPal or indeed my bank account. I found there customer service to be very rude in their replies and to be honest very unprofessional. I have now got a refund as escalated to PayPal. I would never use this company again. Very quick to take your money but also very slow in returning

Hi, We're sorry that you have misunderstood the meaning of a 'pre-order' item. We would hope that the large red label on the product picture stating 'pre-order' should be sufficient but the item description also advises of the arrival date of this item for further clarification. If you have any further suggestions as to how you feel we could make this clearer then we are always open to input. We have reviewed the email chain and would suggest on this occasion that our customer services team have acted professionally and can not see how any of our responses could be construed as rude but we can only apologise if this is how our replies have been interpreted. We appreciate the frustration in having to wait for your refund but as advised, a dispute was raised with PayPal which meant an investigation had to be completed before the payment could be reversed. Thank you for your feedback and we're sorry that your shopping experience with 80s Casual Classics has not been a positive one.

Well the order i made im still waiting upon its arrival.I tracked it and it says its in transit since july 15.Im being patient but i dont think im gonna order in the future.🤷🏾‍♂️

Absolute rubbish didn't even get my trainers in the end, ordered x2 pairs both wrong sizes so I sent the back on two separate occasions. Then when I returned the second pair to just get an exchange, you didn't let me know that you didn't have my size and I had to ring up to find this out....you refunded me on both occasions. But ive sourced them from somewhere else now, and they came next day delivery and I got a code instantly to get free delivery.

Ordered my first jacket and it came with no badge on the chest as shown on the photo, then sent it back and had to wait nearly 3 weeks for it to come back properly.

there were problems with your payment page so an incorrect order was made, I emailed you but got no response, your phone lines opened at 9.35 instead of 9.00am and when i did eventually get through it was too late to cancel my order

Terrible bought a pair of gazelles. They were faulty. Couldn’t get hold of customer services. The trainers are still in a box brand new in my wardrobe. They got a massive crease through them. Cannot be worn

Typically sent wrong item, then expect for ease to reorder at extra cost to customer and resend (at extra cost) send the wrong item back for a refund at their timeline, not everyone can afford to do that ! Bought as a present next day delivery wasn't next day as paid for very dissatisfied and disappointed

I ordered on the 30th March 20 and waited patiently whilst ordering stuff from the UK after this order I haven't received my package, I've contacted and been told it's left the UK on the way to Australia, by foot I think, waited further and contacted again to be told again it's on it's way but Corona virus dribble Almost like it's paid for, no real issue in how long it takes we have the money ?
