“Shocking service. Ordered my item and paid. Got notifications that my item was due to be delivered on the specified date, received emails and texts from the deliver company asking for preferences. Only to get an email the day before delivery saying because of a computer glitch my order was never actually received. Despite taking my money and sending out delivery notifications. No offer to send out my order on another date or any sort of compensation. Just that I'd get my money back in so man days. Will not be using again”

“good morning make the purchase has been different obstacles that I did not expect The first is that once you have made the payment in which you already had my money, you ask me to certify that it is my account ... if you already have my money so I have to prove it? prices vary just in the last step before making the purchase ... increasing 20% casulidad that you do not notice .... with the mess of having to demote that was my account the order has taken more than 10 days to arrive .... very bad service.”

“I ordered a Farah jumper for my boyfriend's Christmas and it arrived with a large hole in the body. I returned the product and asked for another to be sent. The jumper didn't arrive in time for Christmas but when it did arrive, the jumper had another hole in it. This time at the back near the label. I question the authenticity of this jumper as I find it hard to believe two Farah jumpers would be this poor quality. I also suggest the firm do quality checks before sending items out. The first jumper would have been hard to miss the hole if checked as it was large! I returned the second parcel and then had to chase for a refund as all had been very quiet. I did receive my refund in the end, plus the refund for both parcels returned. Unfortunately I won't recommend this site to anyone or return myself”

“Bought Adidas track top In red , all good but the red is muted not the bright red you see in the pictures . Also if you google that particular color should be a very bright red ... instead the product I received is a sad, Muted red... Please do not edit colours to your products! . P.s ( just to be shure i checked on 4 diffrent monitors)”

“I have made a purchase that had said that item was in stock. It was and was told I would get that money refunded. The next thing I know I have been charged the whole amount. I had sent an email to enquire about this but STILL no reply or more importantly my reimbursement. Probably won't use the site again.”

“Trainers I ordered (Adidas jeans) looked cheaply made ,, even though £80,, the so called leather looked plastic,, really poor,, cost me £4 to be delivered and £8 to return ,, so 12 quid to try on a cheap looking pair of so called originals,, Not gonna bother again”

“So disappointed at the size of my 2 pretty green tops , the size seems a lot smaller than they are advertised and then get smaller when washed , I have wasted $170 Australian dollars on 2 items of clothes and am very disappointed 🙁”

“I can’t give positive feed back because you never sent my purchased stuff back. The size was one size small so I shipped it back paid over 50 us dolkars to do that then I still never got my product or money back that was due to me. I have to say business is horrible I can’t lie I loved doing business at first and had planned on doing a lot more and telling all my friends. Oh no not now I’m already the joke of the town for such a loss almost 200 bucks and no returns. Sad how scams are run today. Still waiting on gear or refund SUCKS”
