The jacket I bought broke in several places, I’ve only had the jacket a few months and only wore it a few times as a few things broke such as the pockets and hood strings and zip, very disapointed as the website looked very good but the jacket was a let down. If you could help, it would be very much appreciated

The item was showing on website as in stock. So I ordered for an urgent day out and 2 days later I recieved an email to say it was out of stock an I'd been issued a refund which took 7 days to arrive in my bank. Quick to take your money but slow to return it. I won't be using 80s Casual Classics Ltd again.

Really poor. We ordered and paid. No communication at all then found out when i logged onto the website the order was cancelled. Refund came through fine but still no explanation.

Recibirá un correo electrónico adicional cuando hayamos despachado su pedido y se lo haya entregado a nuestros transportistas para que se lo envíen. My order was cancelled without any explanation and money were returned to my bank account. I did not get any notice on why it has happened. Even after contacting the support I got no response. Very poor service. I was really hoping to buy something for my boyfriend as a present...

The size charts are inaccurate so this is second time I bought too small track top and had to pay myself for the return.

Was buying a jacket for my father and used his card and accidentally put my own address as the billing address, so these didn't match due to my mistake. Got an order confirmation email but no jacket arrived. When I contacted customer service a few days later I was told that the payment (most likely due to the mismatching billing addresses) didn't go through and they had cancelled the order. When asked why no one notified me about the cancellation so I could resubmit the order with the correct details, I was arrogantly told that this was company policy to prevent fraud, as you wouldn't tell a fraudster that they were unsuccessful in their fraud. However, I had a email confirming that the payment went through so as a non-fraudulent customer, I think the retailer could have extended me this courtisy so I could have resubmitted the order. I wrote a long email to customer service following this about my poor experience both with the order and the guy on the phone at customer service. Didn't even get a reply. Needless to say I did not try again to buy the jacket and will be using other retailers in the future.

I purchased a coat for my son over two weeks ago and it still has not arrived. I don't like writing bad reviews but between 80s casual classics and ups no one seems to care that I have not received my package. They said it was delivered but when I said it was not received they keep saying they will check. I have sent numerous emails and made loads of calls.Realy really disappointed. Winter will be over before it arrives.

Hi I'm very sorry you feel this way. We have spoken with our customer services team who have informed us that both they and UPS are currently in the middle of an investigation with regards to the delivery/location of the parcel, and have been updating you throughout this investigation. They hope to resolve this issue within the next few days.

The Adidas New York Trainers Rich Tan/Blue was a Pre-Order item that we were due to have into stock in January. The item arrived into stock to us in mid January and was dispatched to you. This item was clearly stated on our website as a Pre-order.

Purchased voucher online asked for it to be posted instead you gave me an online voucher, when I then tried to contact nobody answered so e-mailed instead! E-mail response very unhelpful and basically ended up telling me as I hadn’t managed to speak to anyone within an hour of purchasing the voucher there was nothing I could do! Shocking customer service from a simple mistake which could easily of been rectified

All gift vouchers purchased via the website are sent automatically via emails and unfortunately are not sent in the post. This is stated on the website, and explained in the email to you.

I ordered a top which was too small so sent it back to you for an exchange in another size.. apparently you have not received this and now am £30 down and a very annoyed 15 year old as this was a Xmas present iv sent several emails don't get anywhere other than ring royal mail which they don't know either

Size guide was a joke normally wear a large or x-large but t-shirt was so big it nearly came down to my knees! Had to pay for the privilege to return a massively oversized item!
