“I ordered track top from fila When I received I was so disapointed buy the quality, cheap and heavy fabric Maybe cos the 80s? Maybe is my fault I ordered at the first place? so I decided to return it, I ddnt like it at all. “I never signed up for the service, as I do not live in the UK. It appears that the site does not validate email addresses when a potential custom signs up as the purchaser (not me) would not have been able to click any link received in a email.”

“I brought a Fila t shirt for my boyfriend from your site. I have never purchased anything before. I returned the item as it was too small. You then sent a different t shirt back to me claiming I had sent the wrong item back. I had never seen the t shirt you sent sent back before and never ordered from your site so how could I return a completely different item? I am now stuck with the wrong t shirt as I refuse to pay for it to be sent back again. Really disappointed with your service and cannot believe you would send me back a different t shirt claiming it was my error. Shame because I like your items but will never order again.”

“Ordered on 4th April 2018. Item did not arrived until 16th April 2018. Parcel just folded and literally just stuffed into my small letter box. Postman should have left message to collect. I am usually satisfy with 80s casual deliveries and service but not this time.”

“The jacket I bought broke in several places, I’ve only had the jacket a few months and only wore it a few times as a few things broke such as the pockets and hood strings and zip, very disapointed as the website looked very good but the jacket was a let down. “The item was showing on website as in stock. So I ordered for an urgent day out and 2 days later I recieved an email to say it was out of stock an I'd been issued a refund which took 7 days to arrive in my bank. Quick to take your money but slow to return it. I won't be using 80s Casual Classics Ltd again.”
