My self and my son purchased trainers for a birthday gift when they arrived to the door I had to hand over €75 for customs I have emailed back and forward with you “customer care” team and don’t think they cared or have a rats ass My point is... you advertise covid restrictions but not brexit issues .... and don’t as your “customer care “ team did put it back on the courier because you choice them. I have had no cost on any other orders I have made with other companies

Ordered some Adidas originals for them to come with glue on and all scuffed. Sent them back and when asked for refund a few weeks later they told me they’d not yet opened the parcel. Wouldn’t recommend

I wouldn't recommend anyone to order from this company at least not if you order from outside UK. I did an order in the beginning of the year and still haven't got it. The company didn't fill out the papers correct and the package got stuck in customs. I got my money back yesterday after a lot of mailing every week and some contact with the post office in Sweden as well. It was supposed to be a present but I had to excuse myself for the delay. And finally I had to ask for the money back so I can buy another gift with a two months delay, awkward.....

40 Euro extra in customs. Should warn your customers that it could be an issue when purchasing from EU.

Shocking. Ordered a xl and a m g9r sent. coat took ages to come,wrong size turned up so had to send back for you to send the right size 1 week later noticed you had refunded money instead of sending the right size.. When I phone to ask why I was told you may of never had the xl in. 😠😠😠😠

Double VAT! After UK left the EU 31 december 2020 you will have to pay to pay VAT twice. First in the UK and and then in the importing country. Good luck with your export UK

Very disappointed with service. Ordered early december. Got item cancelled weeks later and when emailed got a pityful excuse. If the item was not in stock then I could have ordered elseware! Wont be ordering from this site again!! Waste of time!

Hi, As previously advised, the issue with stock was down to a technical fault with our website. Had we known about the issue sooner we would have been able to contact you but unfortunately this was not the case. Delivered promptly but unfortunately the post-purchase customer service has been really poor. Their exchange policy is apparently limited to like-for-like exchanges only, this is not stipulated in the Exchange Policy. The company were unwilling to assist in my exchanging my gift for a more expensive product and paying the balance, citing Data Protection issues. As an experienced, responsible, data monetisation professional, I know that is not a legitimate reason. Just poor customer service. A real shame.

Hi Simon, We're sorry that you feel this way. Unfortunately we are unable to exchange items for items of different a different value as we don't have the facility to process this via our systems. We also cannot take payment information from customers directly as all our payments are processed via external handlers (e.g Klarna/PayPal/Amazon). I made multiple purchases and they always sent me by DHL and everything was fine, but I made this purchase in advance to receive before Christmas and they sent it to me by Royal Mail, I have 17 days to make the purchase and the package has not arrived in my country It is a terrible service and I am very upset.
