“Hi. I am extremely dissatisfied with the work of your store. I never received a tracking number to track my parcel. Then wrote you an e-mail. Have not received a response. After that, sent you an email on another email. Have not received a response. Then sent you a question on the website. Have not received a response. Then asked another question on the website. Have not received a response. All this time, the website was functioning and you sent me letters with your promotions. But the biggest impudence I faced today. After you ignored me for a few weeks, you sent me a letter with a request to leave a review and rate your store. I am totally dissatisfied with your work and hope that at least after this letter you will answer me.”

I'm very sorry you feel this way, and that you had not received an email reply from us. We can see that your order has been dispatched from us via Royal Mail International Signed For and was delivered to you on the 31/12/17.

“been waiting over a year for the correct size I wanted to come into stock ordered a pair of lois cords as soon as they were in stock order came within days which was great , opened parcel invoice said 36wx34l packaging said 36wx34l took cords out to find a pair 36wx30l went to re-order surprise surprise out of stock , makes you wonder if they were ever in stock”

“Very poor. Placed an order of more than 500$. In a week or so my order was cancelled and I was told that they did not delivere to my country. However, they say on Ebay they deliver worldwide without any exclusions. They did not exclude VAT though I ordered outside of the EU. Moreover, I placed my order in dollars, they made an invoice in pounds, so my order turned out to be more expensive. Eventually they returned my money but the currency rate had changed by that time so I additionally lost about 25 pounds. I really regret I had deals with them. Never will again.”

“Had a different delivery adress comparing to billing, they cancelled my order without notice. When I made contact they didnt bother to solve the problem, but said the deliver system cant handle it. Went instead to purchase the item elsewhere. Terrible service!”

Please note the billing address must match that of where the card used to purchase is registered to. As the billing address did not match where the card was registered to the order was cancelled by our payment centre. The issue would have been explained to you, however if you chose not to alter the billing address we would be unable to process a further order.

The Adidas Jeans Mk1 Trainers Energy Blue/Pink was a Pre-Order item that we were due to have into stock in August. The item arrived into stock to us in late August. This item was clearly stated on our website as a Pre-order.

We are only able to refund items that have been returned to us. As stated in the emails to you this parcel has yet to arrive back to us.

“I ordered my trainers for my hols because it said they were in stock. I paid for them and when they didn't arrive after 3 days I emailed them and was told they wouldn't be in stock for another week, so I cancelled my order and received a full refund. Unfortunately the delay was due to issues with the Canadian Postal service: Canada Start date: 30 April 2016 End date: Ongoing Postings to the T, U, V, W & Y areas - update: 29 June Unfortunately, the issues in Vancouver continue and we are now using alternative gateways to get into Canada Post for deliveries in the postcode areas T, U, V, W and Y. This will still incur some delay but should be an improvement on previous weeks Sorry for this delay and the inconvenience caused.

Please note as stated to you many times via email we are unable to sell Adidas products to customer outside of the EU. This is a rule set by Adidas and not by us at 80s Casual Classics.

The item you ordered was in stock and dispatched to you via Royal Mail, on the tracking this shows as delivered. However you have stated the item did not arrive with you, and due to this we refunded you in full.
