“I have given 5 stars for the service by old forge engines. However some unscrupulous people have access to people seeking quotes on you search engine. I lost over 1k by being defrauded by a company by posing as eagle star engines.

The nature of recycled spares is that they are not always available.
If after checking your emails or texts, you do not receive many quotes first time round, it's likely your parts were not widely available on that day.
With over 150 Breakers nationwide however, between them they are processing literally hundreds of additional vehicles every day.
So if you have not found the parts you need, you can log back into the site and re-send your request automatically.

“No problem with the gearbox however it didn’t go to the garage it came to my house instead and there was no one in so it went to a neighbors I had no delivery slip telling me which one. He supplier said they would find out but they never got back to me. I only found it by knocking on people’s doors.

“It has been whole one week since I paid full price and shipping cost , but by to date part is still on its way. Payment was done on Monday the 15th April by debit card. The supplier's name is The Scrapyard,Birmingham. Reason of delay explained as some theft event happened there etc...very disappointing...”
