“Though the service was good some of suppliers did not have the part I was looking for, when I bought and had part delivered it was not suitable for my van. Ended up finding part for myself.”
“I received a quote for the part I was looking for. I spoke with the seller and confirmed it was the correct part. When I accepted the quotation and called the seller to pay, they increased the price substantially saying that I had been given an incorrect price. A quotation should be legally binding when accepted by the buyer.”

“I appreciate the professional way that 1st Choice Spares brokers its clients' requests. But the way complaints about faulty parts are treated is not always satisfactory. Certain car parts agents are a headache to communicate with, especially when a deal goes wrong.”
“I. Contacted 1st choice spares about a part for my car . They thought a part had been found but with closer examination the part numbers didn’t exactly match which save an expense for me.I appreciate what they did”
“I haven't managed my car parts yet!? Even though, I mentioned that my car is sky blue are merchants are continuing say I will give you river colour no problem at all!!”

We’re sorry to hear you have experienced problems with this. You can send messages to any breaker that issues you a quote via your online account. It may be that the colour is not described as blue on the DVLA data base, so a quick message to the breakers should clarify things for you & them.

Saving money is our top priority however smaller items, after adding delivery costs, can sometimes make the price seem higher.
It also depends on whether the parts are available and those in short supply, can sometimes come with a premium.
We try to find the best price and it may be worth repeating a request, a day or two later.
With over 150 Breakers nationwide processing hundreds of vehicles every day, it’s possible you’ll get a better price if you’d like to try again.
