“I was looking for an electric door lock actuator and received several responses with a range of prices. The first supplier I contacted : A1 Jap autos said they didn't have the part despite having originally responded that they did ! The second : Orange Auto Salvage did however it took almost 2 weeks to get it, my request having apparently got "stuck" in their system. I would be wary about using them again if I needed a part in a hurry however I did finf Orange's price good.”
“The parts ordered were perfect and despatched swiftly. Sadly the delivery firm used were appalling it took them three days and three separate attempts to find our address and several phone calls to facilitate delivery!”

Saving money is our top priority however smaller items, after adding delivery costs, can sometimes make the price seem higher.
It also depends on whether the parts are available and those in short supply, can sometimes come with a premium.
We try to find the best price and it may be worth repeating a request, a day or two later.
