“they send the wrong model despite my mechanic ringing them up to make sure it was for the right model of passat which he assured them was for 1999 but in fact they sent one for 2003 which was not compatible ...when i rang up to say was it mistake i was fobbed off with well" everyone is at lunch and i am on my lunch break can u ring later " funny because 3 days previous we rang at exactly the same time ...happy to take my money but not give back ..lesson learned never trust them againn”
