“The five stars are for yourselves for having the item required, however, the part a door for an old 406 estate was sent in good time and faith but, D P D in their wisdom employed a bone headed lazy chump.
Sufice to say he walked up the garden path put a cannot delivery note in the door and cleared off, I was reading my book at the time so the house was silent, he failed to spot a heavy door knocker ( a big bleeder ) made to attract attention did he use it did he use it?, no!, I have yet to receive said door as D P D cannot/will not respond .”

“I ordered a pair of electric window regulators and only one came. It wasn’t labeled so I wasn’t to know whether it was off or near side.
The supplier was supposed to call me back but after a good few days I made contact and was told that they tried calling me, why didn’t they just leave me a message on my answer machine!”

“I have used first choice spares twice both times bad experience the first time for Vauxhall ordered a hooter was sent the wrong one never got my money back. Second time for a Mercedes wheel I sent them pictures and everything of the alloy wheel and they try to send me a black alloy wheel thankfully I did get my money back we'll never use them again”
