“Very disappointed with the service I have received. After two weeks I still have not got the part. I would not buy again from Vauxhall’s Spares Ltd. I rang them and they told me a pack of lies I email them 4 times and now I had to get on to PayPal to get my money back. I still need the part so if there any other sellers with the part I would buy it”

If after checking your emails or texts, you do not receive many quotes first time round, it's likely your parts were not available on that day.
With over 150 Breakers nationwide however, between them they are processing literally hundreds of additional vehicles every day.
So if you have not found the parts you need, you can log back into the site and re-send your request automatically.

“Still waiting for refunds from Eurospares and R and R Auto salvage Ltd. first part was sent without sending pictures and it was wrong. The second never arrived they said had been sent to wrong address and could not find. Can you chase both of them up for full refund.”

“Delivery did not arrive until two days after it was promised, which meant we had to stay in unnecessarily. We should have received delivery updates from the courier but this did not happen either. However, when the item arrived it appears to be just what we needed, although it has been too cold and wet to fit it so far. I think the delivery process needs to be streamlined which would result in a "very good" score, as everything else was fine.”
