“Ordered a wing mirror top from The Wing Mirror Man that I needed for the following week on a certain date for garage to fit at the same time car was being serviced. Checked with retailer that I would definitely receive in time that they assured me it would. Part didn't arrive in time and the man at the call centre was very rude. I wouldn't buy from this retailer again.”

“just the right spare but poor delivery not as promised arrived days later than promised so missed MOT date and now have to wait to get in garage again to put part on”
“The ABS unit on my Ford Fiesta packed up, Ford quoted £850 for a new one. I was able to get one for a little over £100 from a Ford Specialist Breaker with a 3 month warranty on it and it was delivered the next day. I also had several other dealers offer me the same part at around the same price. I would certainly use this service again - highly recommended.”
“The initial response from 1st Choice was prompt, as was their response to a query I had. Unfortunately there was some misunderstanding about the part I required so I was unable to purchase from them.”
“Though the service was good some of suppliers did not have the part I was looking for, when I bought and had part delivered it was not suitable for my van. Ended up finding part for myself.”
“I received a quote for the part I was looking for. I spoke with the seller and confirmed it was the correct part. When I accepted the quotation and called the seller to pay, they increased the price substantially saying that I had been given an incorrect price. A quotation should be legally binding when accepted by the buyer.”

“I appreciate the professional way that 1st Choice Spares brokers its clients' requests. But the way complaints about faulty parts are treated is not always satisfactory. Certain car parts agents are a headache to communicate with, especially when a deal goes wrong.”
“I. Contacted 1st choice spares about a part for my car . They thought a part had been found but with closer examination the part numbers didn’t exactly match which save an expense for me.I appreciate what they did”
“I haven't managed my car parts yet!? Even though, I mentioned that my car is sky blue are merchants are continuing say I will give you river colour no problem at all!!”
Thanks for your recent feedback.
We’re sorry to hear you have experienced problems with this. You can send messages to any breaker that issues you a quote via your online account. It may be that the colour is not described as blue on the DVLA data base, so a quick message to the breakers should clarify things for you & them.
