Agreed to purchase part. A secure payment link was sent for £1 stating test. Phoned several times and eventually a link was sent for £288 rather than the agreed £102. Staff very unhelpful !!!!

Very bad service agreed with one company for gearbox they only take five quotes but after put on hold no call pick up

On the 28/02/23 I ordered a part (rear wiper motor for a Skoda Octavia)from Rochdale Motor Breakers ,when the part arrived it was a Volkswagen part and none of the fittings were in the right place. I returned the part and after three phone calls and two emails I am still awaiting a refund despite being promised a refund each time i phoned up.

Ordered parts through you with two companies you recommended, neather parts have arrived. All I get is excuses. It's been three weeks now and no parts, always coming to morrow

Twice now I have received wrong rear doors for Mercedes sprinter ny04 MeV and long wait for delivery . The company have no email for contact .extorsonate delivery charge . And can not get through on phone very poor service. Need refund as soon as possible with this cost of living

My last couple of purchases through first choice have been shambolic Both suppliers taking payment for items they obviously don’t stock then waiting days before we find out there not coming then got to wait for refunds Last supplier lost our part but miraculously after waiting 12 days it turned up just left in our complex without anybody letting us know it was there I

I sent my Item back in 3 weeks time without any issues because it was not suitable as they guaranteed to return the item at least 30 days. I have received £90 out of £129.50!. When I asked for my rest of money! He was unreasonable and so rude to answer my questions as a business person. Definitely I would not recommend. Please think at least twice if you would like to take any purchase.

The lamp was in terrible condition and reflector had been painted over with silver paint.had I known this when it was ordered I would not have been prepared to pay as much for it.the seller knew that it was in poor condition and I would have expected them to contact me before it was shipped

On March 3, through 1st choice, we have ordered an engine from NW Auto Techz Ltd, which has not been delivered and seems our money has gone. Recently purchased an inner wing from Oldham car spares using 1st choice however the company took the payment before dispatching my purchase after 3 weeks the part never turned up the company were very difficult to contact and told me the part had gone missing with DHL I am less than happy with this service and still not received a refund

From my experience, this is a company that provide a framework for rogue breakers to provide faulty parts, wrong parts and not even send the parts. I have been waiting since Dec for parts promised within days from the same vehicle. Money taken (with good service) on day 1 and 33% of parts provided OK, 33% wrong and 33% not provided. The breaker (AAH) then avoid answering calls, whatsapp messages and emails and refuse to pay compensation. 1st choice customer service is just to forward messages and take no part in resolving the issue with the rogue trader. Invoice not provided with breakdown to enable claim through credit card company, this is their modus operandi, not an accident. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Research yourself (e.g. ebay) and avoid AAH (also 'trading' as Krazy Parts and one other from the same address).

Used a company called specialist auto spares (SAS) as the reviews on this site were 5 star this couldn’t have been further from the truth absolute nightmare after nearly a month of chasing the engine the we’re supposed to deliver on 5 occasions and being given the runaround I’ve now had to instruct my bank to reclaim the £1,800 I should have done a Google search as that shows the truth about the company with almost 50 one star reviews almost exactly matching my experience, 1st Choice Spares are equally to blame allowing companies like this to trade on their platform

Described part I needed , using correct inputs , I Was contacted with a quote for the part I needed , just so happened I live not far from where the quote was sent from so called them up and ask if I could pop in a check it out only to be told it was the correct part , so why send me the quote I the first place , I was after a rear bumper and they stated they had this is in , but when I called it they said they only had the front bumper but strange as I think it’s quite easy to tell the difference , glad I lived close and it wasn’t something I had to order because I would of been nearly £400 out of pocket

I received one quote only. Called and confirmed with the seller and I was about to buy online. Fortunately, I decided to drive all the way from Nottingham to Birmingham to check the spare. Guess what? It turned out to be a wrong one, although all the required information was on my request. I also called and the seller confirmed that the spare is available. Now, I know that the bad review should go to that seller; however, there is no way to give a review to that seller since their review function is intentionally broken. So after more of an hour of driving, the first engineer informed that the item isn't available. I asked why did they confirmed over the phone that they have it, but he had no answer. That was simply a mistake from the one who responded to the phone. He was too lazy to look at the details or just ask other engineer to confirm 😞

Dreadful service . Part supplied by Foreign Car Spares was not only incorrect but looks like it`s been stored underwater for months. Told them immediately it was wrong , couldn`t have cared less . Spent 2 weeks on daily phone calls trying to get refunded. 1st Choice act as brokers so not particularly influential in helping THEIR customer get his money back

I have purchased parts from two different suppliers. I have paid for them yet two weeks later I still await delivery of the purchased parts. I will not use this service again.

bought the bare engine from Motors in Motion. Damaged engine was delivered. The Company took the engine back but refused to return a single penny of my hard-earned income. Beware ! they are fraud. Don't buy anything expensive from them. Today i registered a complaint against them in Trading standards and now consulting my lawyer to sue them in a day or two. Very very disappointed with them.
