“If I could give them no stars I would . I ordered a part from A&C Spares Auto Salvage, The only E-mail I had about the part was, that it had been paid for. There was nothing to say that it had been dispatched, no tracking number and no delivery company name. After waiting 3 weeks for delivery of the part I phoned A&C spares, the delivery company didn't know where the part was. As I had no proof of the part being sent I expected a refund, which I have not received from A&C Spares. If this is the sort of company 1st Choice represents, then I certainly will not be using them again.”

“Chose the lowest quote for a replacement manual gearbox for a Citroen Picasso
Installed professionally with new clutch and flywheel but Ist gear not engaging properly. This has proved very dangerous at junctions forcing me to cut my losses and sell the car losing £1500 in the process. The warranty was meaningless as labour costs to remove the faulty gearbox would far outweigh the price initially paid .p”

“The gearbox delivered from the breaker yard was falsely advertised as fitting my car which is rear wheel drive the gearbox supplied was front wheel drive the car I required the gearbox for has never been made in a front wheel drive version and the gearbox I recieved is from a completely different car”
