Supplier said they would send out within 24 hours but they took seven days. Lack of communication with me. Very disappointing.

If after checking your emails or texts, you do not receive any quotes first time round, it's likely your parts were not available on that day. With over 150 Breakers nationwide however, between them they are processing literally hundreds of additional vehicles every day. 1st choice communication has been poor with significant delays in keeping customers updated on issues regarding their orders. They do not provide regular updates or solutions despite chasing several times. 1st choice should also review their suppliers to determine suitability and keep their customers aware of ongoing orders. It feels they are good at communicating when purchasing orders but aftercare is shocking!

They are very dishonest and never answering calls. They sold me a Bmw i4 door the was advertised elsewhere much cheaper they where keep saying Manager will match the difference for you but I talk to them afew times for refund the difference but the were lairs never use them again ripped me of !! No recommend at all

Very bad experience. Send us damaged and not working part . Hart to deal after with the supplier, only promises and never send a new part or return the money so far .

So, my story begins when I used this company to source a car part. The quote I received came quickly, and a business called Hancock Salvage quoted me £173.00 for the part which I accepted. Then two days later, I get a call telling me they could not remove the part, so they were going to offer a refund. That refund never materialised in my account. Text messages saying so, just got shunned by Hancock Salvage. Now 1st Choice Spares UK Ltd. The reason I trusted this site was because it had the option to report problems with suppliers. When I came to use this reporting method (Claiming it would be answered within 1 day), I have not heard anything back after 48 hours. Complete communication silence and £173.00 down. Assurances claimed on 1st Choice Spares website, do not amount to anything!!!

Bought and paid for a heater blower, delivery was promised in 2 days. Nothing arrived , apparently they couldn't find the item but couldn't be bothered to tell me. Had to chase them for my refund twice, not impressed , wouldn't use again

I ordered my spare parts last Tuesday. Was told they’ll be delivered between Wednesday and Friday . Till today I haven’t received them. I explained to them that I rely on my car for work and I don’t get paid if I don’t have a car but still it didn’t change anything. They keep telling me the spare parts will be delivered. Starting to think that I was scammed.

After a week of trying to get some resolution to the broken park that was delivered. We are not happy with the way we appear to be treated, to get a part that we can make use of.

Absolutely awful! After (eventually) getting through to Scottyard in London they first quoted for wrong side of car for the part I needed, then confirmed they had right side. They then said they do not send to Scotland or Northern Ireland, so we had to find an English address to send to. Then there ‘secure’ site would not accept credit or debit card & I had to top up PayPal in oder to pay for the thing. I have now waited 8 days for the part & 6 voicemail messages to them eventually ended in a call getting through last night, they then gave a tracking number that does not exist! Beginning to think I have been scammed for almost £200…

I ordered a gear shifter for my Nissan juke, the part turned up and was incorrect, so I rang up and said wrong part how do I exchange, to get ‘yeah I’ll send another out be there Friday’ didn’t take any details and just said give driver wrong one. So I wait till Friday and nothing shows up, ring again and say I need this part asap and told he’s ringing courier… 6:45pm I get a phone call saying yea they’ve lost it in delivery! I think this is a complete lie as didn’t take any details when I rang 1st time and now can’t even get through to return wrong part £120 wasted!! Highly suggest people stay away from these!

I ordered an automatic box for my RAV4 they had all info needed the box obviously didn't come from similar doner I was told by the very stroppy salesman it would fit which it would not have not sent return docs. So anyone thinking of dealing with this company beware.

I didn’t bought my part for next 5 days delivery because you said if you pay £10 Extra we will post same day and your part will arrive next day. It was very important I had my part next day.

Thanks for your recent feedback. Saving money is our top priority however smaller items, after adding delivery costs, can sometimes make the price seem higher. It also depends on whether the parts are available and those in short supply, can sometimes come with a premium. We try to find the best price and it may be worth repeating a request, a day or two later.
