“Introduced to foreign car spares.Ordered front bumper and wing for Suzuki alto 2009.paid £200 over phone. No email receipt as asked for.did not receive items on agreed date.asked for full refund.informed 25percent handling fee applied.what handling fee.didnt received item.inot happy.informed credit card company to claim money back under section 75 not received item and possible fraud.tried to contact 1st choice to sort out. kept getting passed on to other phone numbers to sort out refund.not their area.not good enough never use again.dreadful service pure scammers.”

“I called the supplier to give them a change of delivery address, which was the panelworks who were repairing my car. The person I talked to carefully repeated the new address as he wrote it down. Never the less the item, a door, was still delivered to my address. I am 85 years old. and humping that door into the back of my car was not easy for me. Not good.”

I may be able to use it but dont want warranty / faults developing electronically ( braking ABS etc ) Have asked about this ......PLEASE RESPOND

Although I was admittedly very lucky in one of the outlets (Southampton) having the correct tailgate for my 2012 Astra Touring, the after-sales service was first-class with the part arriving just a few days later in exactly the condition as both advertised and described by the very helpful sales staff at Silverlake.
