“Part arrived in good time, sent recorded. Quality part and pictures were sent when requested. Great communication and customer service. Highly recommend”
“Absolutely excellent and will definitely be using 1st Choice again. Although I was admittedly very lucky in one of the outlets (Southampton) having the correct tailgate for my 2012 Astra Touring, the after-sales service was first-class with the part arriving just a few days later in exactly the condition as both advertised and described by the very helpful sales staff at Silverlake. I've since had the item fitted to my car and the end result has been terrific, with every aspect of the procedure running smoothly from start to finish. Thank you and very well done to all concerned!”
“I needed a wing mirror. Two dealers had the right one. £50 difference in price. Went for the cheaper which was an acceptable price bearing in mind the cost of a new one. Paid online. Delivered within 5 days. Part in good order. Smooth process”
“Excellent service and price - I got exactly what I wanted at a very competative price with super fast delivery (from payment to delivery was less than 24 hours - they use a very good courier). They reply promptly to email questions and when I rang to confirm their quotation etc they were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Can't rate them highly enough! Absolutely recommended 5*****”
“I was looking for a wing and bumper for a Fiesta. I wanted to avoid the expence of paint spraying so it had the parts had to silver. 1st Choice came up with the parts in two or three days. I couldn't have fixed the Fiesta without their help.”
