Excuses, excuses, Reload Auto Parts are either monumentally incompetent or just plain scammers. They took £250 from me two weeks ago for an exhaust system and have given me nothing but excuses over 6 telephone calls as to why they cannot deliver the goods. First it was they could not afford to pay a Courier then they were going to send their own driver and then they were going to send it by DPD and then they were going to send it by TNT. Nothing has arrived I would not recommend this firm to anyone and would recommend 1st Choice Spares to remove them from their site. I shall be contacting my credit card company for hopefully a pay back.
