The part arrived broken so I sent a picture of it to the supplier. He promised to send another one out It never came he promised twice to come & collect the broken part but no one came. He said he has got someone calling for it today between 8am & 12 am. No one will come. He said he has repaid my amount via PayPal but nothing has arrived in my account. Where do I go from here?
