Paid for a passenger door mirror for a 56 plate Volvo C70. Received a 2008 plate mirror. Not till I paid for it to be fitted did I find it was larger than the driver’s mirror and the electrical connection was different so although the indicator worked the electrics did not!!

I responded to a quote from Specialist Auto Spares in Swinton Manchester. They took my money but did not have the part. Still waiting for a refund. Taking up with trading standards

Hi 1st choice spares. You seriously need to take a look at some of your supplier's . I've been let down by 2 of your supplier's last week on the day of supposed delivery .

Unfortunately I found the whole thing painfull due to a faulty part The refund process was very drawn out and 1st choice was slow to respond to any of the issues I faced due to the faulty part I even had to pay for the faulty part to be posted back at my own expense

Used a company called vaux spares. Initially the wrong part was delivered to then keep being told the correct part was being sent out but it never arrived and was told it was damaged so hadn't been delivered after being told the company had paid extra to have it delivered the day before so dont believe the part was ever actually sent to replace the wrong part and I still have not been refunded. Will pursue the issue and take legal action if necessary

Very dissapointed in your supplyers, as I ordered and paid for a Mitsabushi rear tailgate lamp, witch should have been with me the 28th Aug. and I am still waiting for it, so far i`m £176 out of pocket !!!

Waiting for a part to be delivered that never turned up. Called and they hadn't even sent it. Had been waiting for over a week. Would not recommend.

Unfortunately the company I was referred to by 1st Choice Spares was abysmal, took money for two parts, only supplied one, wouldn't send receipt despite repeated requests. Part which arrived was in awful condition (clearly damage not caused in transit) not as described and not fit for purpose. Seller won't pick up my calls, 1st Choice Spares uncontactable except for online form to which no answer. Gonna be a chargeback situation I fear. Pathetic service from this company and their partners. Definitely avoid. There are decent people out there, these are not they.

First part was correct but broken when being removed from the car. To his credit the guy seemed honest and genuine. Second reply the guy only wanted payment through Paypal friends and family so delivery and comeback as a buyer wasn't assured. All other suggestions didn't even relate to the part required.# Not impressed so far.

The supplier cancelled the order after taking payment without informing me until I called when after the due date of delivery. My account was however not debited.

Quick enough to flood me with door offers but I foolishly went with the first one that rang - he was charging nigh on double the price of later offers I received but I had already committed so I paid the money. Firstly the guy on the phone said he would remove the faulty trim before he despatched the door to me - he did not do that. Secondly, I booked the car into a bodywork repair garage to have the door fitted only to be told after it was fitted that it was ‘bowed’ to the point the practitioner could put his fingers into the gap meaning the rain would also come in. I paid to have the door fitted, removed, and the old door fitted back on. I contacted the vendor who ignored numerous emails from me. The door was taken from outside of my property so I can no longer return it but I had already gathered that once they had my money they were not interested in doing an honest and fair trade. The door was not fit for purpose and I am £176 out of pocket (the cost of the door and the cost of the repair workshop). Disgusting - would not use first choice again.

You gave two choices.One told me they had the part and I had to ring 5 days later to find they didn't. So I rang the other one and they will ring back.No call back.
