“Nice enough blinds. Good value for the money. Small gripe you give them the exact size but they deduct 5mm for tolerance. WHY? Blinds came damaged due to carelessness by courier but must say James at Blinds Direct apologised and said they would replace damaged blind as soon as.”

“I would have given 5 stars had BD not used DX to deliver the blinds. Of the four boxes that arrived, three had one end torn away withe blind exposed. BD were very quick to offer to replace any damaged blinds and were keen to resolve any issues so maybe I should have given them 5 stars.”
