“Nice enough blinds. Good value for the money. Small gripe you give them the exact size but they deduct 5mm for tolerance. WHY? Blinds came damaged due to carelessness by courier but must say James at Blinds Direct apologised and said they would replace damaged blind as soon as.”

“I would have given 5 stars had BD not used DX to deliver the blinds. Of the four boxes that arrived, three had one end torn away withe blind exposed. BD were very quick to offer to replace any damaged blinds and were keen to resolve any issues so maybe I should have given them 5 stars.”

“I ordered four white roller blinds. One silver and three white ones turned up which had to be replaced. Of the three white, the cloth size measurements were all 2-3mm narrower than what was ordered. One blind has multiple scuffs and a stain on the fabric. Not good enough”

“Really happy with the Perfect Fit venetian blind which was considerably cheaper than other websites. Quick delivery and good communication from start to finish. It took a long time to figure out how the frame fitted together. Photographic step by step instructions or a video on the website would have made it much easier and less frustrating (and I would have given five stars) :-)”
