Measurement of the rail was wrong and couldn't install it , slats were longer and touching the base, asked for no chains with louvre and came in with chains. Nothing went well, unfortunately.

Blind head was bent. Bottom weight and slat were at an angle. Compared with previous blinds nought stars

Very late delivery. I only ordered becuase on their website the delivery time was 3-5 working days. I was going on holiday and need to get it beforehand. On the 5th working day I was told to wait another couple of working days and the customer service team said it can also take 30 days if required. This was infuriating and unfair.

Very unsatisfied with both my blinds. The Wand for tilting is in the middle and when opening and closing, the slats fall off.

Sadly, venetian blind batten was not slotted to take the tilt adjustment mechanism or pull mechanism, which were both missing!

I was not at all happy ,with trying to place a order,.. Your website is absolutely terrible, I did not order a black sample I was trying to order dark grey And on top of that ,I was unable to sigh out ,/log out of Yr website ,and all my details were still on the screen No Matter what I did it just didn't come off ,and that is very worrying ,very worrying,.. so I'm Not happy and ,don't think i will be using Yr service again

The blinds from my first order are of good quality unfortunatley they are let down by the delivery company DX. Both orders I have placed with them have not been delivered on the day given, the most recent I was even given a time slot only to find out the driver had returned to the depot with them. I am still waiting delivery. Don't try calling blinds direct customer service helpline as no-one ever answers and you are told to do it online. Once you do this you will get a response, however not a helpful one, Customer service needs improving. Will avoid using at all costs in the future.

Purchased ThermoCell Blackout White blinds and the controls on these are horrible, impossible to close/open the blinds. Also, the rawl/wall plugs that are included are not good enough to hold the weight of the blinds (especially if you have plasterboard walls), the brackets get loose and can fall of.

I havn’t received my free sample. I can’t speak to your phone number as it is not taking calls & the email address I am directed to ,was read out so quickly, that I had to recall you 3 times to re-listen to the message. I am grateful the sample is free but the postage is huge.

We send all of our samples out first class in the post within 48 hours of ordering, so it appears this must have got lost in the post. I really like my blind, it just took ages to cut down to make it fit, the blind was delivered fractionally larger than my dimensions which meant it did not fit in my recess

Hi Thank you for your review Sorry to hear you had issues with the blind All of our blinds are made to measure so there should never be any need to cut them down. However you did order "Exact Size", for which we don't make any deductions to the blinds. If it was the size of the recess you had provided, "Recess Size" needed to be selected for us to make the required deductions to ensure the blind fits perfectly into the recess. Very poor service. Wont reply to my email. Or call me . Buyers beware. Blind was thrown on grass outside of property in the rain
