I havn’t received my free sample. I can’t speak to your phone number as it is not taking calls & the email address I am directed to ,was read out so quickly, that I had to recall you 3 times to re-listen to the message. I am grateful the sample is free but the postage is huge.

Hi Thank you for your review Apologies your fabric sample hasn't reached you. We send all of our samples out first class in the post within 48 hours of ordering, so it appears this must have got lost in the post. No screws or raw plugs are included so you pay all that money for what ???

I really like my blind, it just took ages to cut down to make it fit, the blind was delivered fractionally larger than my dimensions which meant it did not fit in my recess

Hi Thank you for your review Sorry to hear you had issues with the blind All of our blinds are made to measure so there should never be any need to cut them down. However you did order "Exact Size", for which we don't make any deductions to the blinds. If it was the size of the recess you had provided, "Recess Size" needed to be selected for us to make the required deductions to ensure the blind fits perfectly into the recess. I hope his clarifies a few things for you. Very poor service. Wont reply to my email. Or call me . Buyers beware. Blind was thrown on grass outside of property in the rain

Absolutely terrible company bought 5 blinds for a bay window and I got 3 blinds with 33 slats and 2 blinds with 32 slats . Got told to cut a slat out . Told I ordered a drop size and not the number of slats . Not willing to sort the problem at all . Please do not put yourself through this nonsense and go to a proper company that values their customers

Although the blinds did not please you aesthetically, we were willing to help and the opportunity was given for the blinds to be collected and for this to be corrected for you. I am not happy with the delivery company. I will not be buying from you again. The courier is rubbish i habve not received my parcel i cant track it cause no one gives me the info to complete the form i am very unhappy.

Unfortunately, I’m still waiting for the items delivery to my place. The courier was confirmed the parcel will be arrival today, but I received the text at this morning said that the driver not available to delivery my parcel today, ask me for waiting TWO more days! What the hell of the service!

Have a query on my received order and have repeatedly phoned but no response to all my attempts. Have since emailed and yet again no response. Completely dissatisfied with customer services or the complete lack of customer services once goods ordered and paid for

Ordered & paid for blind Then received email discontinued I went on line to check order & tried to order again which I was able to do !!! If a product is out of stock / discontinued then should be taken off ASAP
