“Absolutely terrible company bought 5 blinds for a bay window and I got 3 blinds with 33 slats and 2 blinds with 32 slats . Got told to cut a slat out . Told I ordered a drop size and not the number of slats . Not willing to sort the problem at all . Please do not put yourself through this nonsense and go to a proper company that values their customers”

Although the blinds did not please you aesthetically, we were willing to help and the opportunity was given for the blinds to be collected and for this to be corrected for you. “I placed 2 different orders for 2 different addresses with 2 different email addresses. One of which was a personal purchase and the other a business purchase. The deliveries arrived incorrectly with the business purchase sent to my home and the personal purchase sent to the business. I had the hassle of having to collect and despatch the parcels correctly.”

“Good service, nice, easy to fit blinds. Deliver communication could have been better. My vertical blinds were delivered as two separate deliveries, vanes in 1 delivery, headrail track as another, thought I had ordered incorrectly at first. But I would recommend to family & friends.”

“I am not happy with the delivery company. I will not be buying from you again. The courier is rubbish i habve not received my parcel i cant track it cause no one gives me the info to complete the form i am very unhappy.”

“Blinds are definately value for money only gripe was no screws in pack and one of my blinds the thing to open and clise blind did not have a hook to attach luckily it was for bathroom so don't need them closed”
