Order came quite quickly and was very well packed. However had ordered one matte black blind but the blind sent was white (despite label on wrapping saying matte black!) and neither came with blind wands, so couldn’t open/close the slats. Maybe these had to be ordered separately but have never had that with other blinds I’ve bought and if that is the case it wasn’t obvious when ordering. The blinds themselves are fine and measurements correct. Couldn’t face the hassle of returns/reorder so just accepted but rather annoying.

The blind is fine but there were no fitting instructions sent. Given the cost, this was a pity.

Hi Thank you for your email As per the website we don't supply screws and plugs with our blinds, as we cannot account for all of the possible materials that a customer could be installing into i.e. plasterboard, timber, RSJ, concrete lintel etc. Kind regards support@blindsdirectonline.co.uk

I only ordered samples & simulated the cost of what I would need & sadly the quality of the wood didn't match the cost in my opinion. The 3 samples were all split, poorly painted & just generally felt like I'd been sent the random off cuts for bits that failed QA. Whilst I would have preferred real wood instead of a plastic/wood mix, this just didn't meet the standard I was hoping for.

Ordered a sample of the perfect fit Venetian blind, very flimsy and very cheap looking, so glad I ordered the sample, will not be ordering

Hi Thank you for your review. We are sorry you weren't happy with the quality of the sample sent out for the Venetian blinds. We do use the top supplier in the UK for Venetian slat. Some of the samples that are sent out are flat when they arrive. This is because the sample has been cut off the roll before it is processed and formed through the machine. This process is what gives the slat its curve and strength. It is a 21 micron thick slat which is the highest spec for Venetian slat on the market. I ordered four white roller blinds. One silver and three white ones turned up which had to be replaced. Of the three white, the cloth size measurements were all 2-3mm narrower than what was ordered. One blind has multiple scuffs and a stain on the fabric. Not good enough

Only part order initially arrived. Couldn't speak to anyone on the phone. Head rail had noticeable dint / crease in it when it arrived.

The pull cord stopper on the single cord was smashed in transit, one of the blind control cords was snapped at the base od the blinds causing me to have to rethread the cord and reset all the others to suit, and there was no fitting instructions in with the blinds. All in all I spent 1 1/2 hours fixing my new blinds before I could fit them with the 2 brackets (not 3) supplied. In summary I will not be buying from this company or recommending yourselves to anyone in the future.

As per the website the lead times on the wooden blinds are slightly longer, the lead times for each blind type are provided at the time time of order. In regards to screws, it is stated when ordering that screws are not supplied as we are unable to determine what material each customer will be attaching their blind to. These maybe cheaper than other brands...and it shows. We ordered 4 blinds, and what we received do not have great quality from colour matching, and quite sharp edges. There are also to many plastic parts compared to another company we have used previously (and have now gone back to). One of the blind was also short by 10mm from the measurment we provided and as stated on the paperwork. Luckily this was for use in another room. We didnt bother contacting BlindsCo based on the expperiance below. Our delivery was delayed 24 hours because the comany used said they didnt have space on the van wasting a day for us. When contacting BlindsCo about this, all they did was to contact delivery company. Used Chat and email with poor/zero action. All very poor. Had we not experianced delivery issues, poor customer service and correct measurment on one blind we would have rated 3 stars based purley on lower cost.

I made a mistake and got the wrong size clips. I understand this is not their fault. However they could have been courteous and sent out 8 clips. Purely for good customer care. This was quite disappointing as I felt like I was unvalued customer. The lady maiden pay £10 extra for delivery. Joke.
