“Very pleased with our new blinds, perfect for what we needed. Easy to order and arrived safetly packaged. Small issue, blind arrived without a wand but when I emailed to advise, received a prompt reply and a new wand received within days. Will definitely be buying more blinds in the future.”

“I found the attaching the blinds to the rail awkward to fit and not a very good design. I also discovered the rail did not leave any leeway for installing the window rail in the window frame finding it too snug to fit easily. We will not be making any further orders in the future.”

“You can tell a a good company by the way they handle problems. My new blinds arrived and one of the slats wasn't bonded, and one of the weights had gotten broken in transit, The issues were dealt with very quickly and proffesionally, and replacements slats and weights were received quickly.”
