“Accepted online order for a material they didn't have in stock (after sending me a sample of same material) which was vvery annoyoing. To be fair to them they quickly tried to rectify situation and sent through sample of a similar colour (though not in blackout shade as requested). When order finally put through in the new colour, blinds arrived quickly and to specification and very good value compared to other similar online retailers. A shame they used a delivery service (DX) that didn't offer the option of either weekend delivery or delivery to a local hub. By chance someone in household was off sick from work, otherwise not sure how long would hav etaken to actually receive goods.”

“Worst place I've ordered from online. Ordered 2 weeks ago and have still not received my items. Both DX and blinds direct customer support are blaming each other yet neither are advising why my parcel still hasn't been received and cancelled twice. Apparently the sender is aware but then they are stating they're contacting DX for information. DX will not tell me anything and blinds direct have given me 0 information. They are also no barely communicating with me. DX have completely removed my tracking and customer support are not reaponding. Ive sent 9 emails to support alone. Theyve stated I can not have my money back as the blinds have been manufactured however I haven't received the blinds. I will wait until Monday before I report as a scam and then to trading standards. Please do not order from this company! I ordered in error thinking this was another blinds direct that I've recently ordered from and were fantastic.”
