“Our perfect blinds look really good now they're up. However, I've only rated 3 stars as delivery took a long time, over 2 weeks from ordering, much longer than quoted on the website. There werem't any instructions with the blinds on how to fit them, and the instructions available on the website were not very helpful. After a youtube search and using fitting instructions from another blind company, we worked out how to install the blinds. It's a good job we're quite technically DIY minded as otherwise it would have been impossible to install. Would we order again? Maybe, as the blinds are very nice but general service lets this company down somewhat.”

“Ive brought blinds before and never had a problem but after this recent experience- never again - firstly DX couriers messaged me 3 times saying they tried to deliver my blinds but this was not the case someone was home and no ring door bell activity then they finally delivered my blind but the rail was missing so these are no use to me and now they say the rail was damaged in delivery - you can’t speak to anyone on the phone - I tried an was on hold for over a hour”

“Very pleased with our blind,perfect fit. Only minor issue,we didn't have the fixing screws included.Not a prob as I had some suitable screws in my toolbox. Would recommend”

“Accepted online order for a material they didn't have in stock (after sending me a sample of same material) which was vvery annoyoing. To be fair to them they quickly tried to rectify situation and sent through sample of a similar colour (though not in blackout shade as requested). When order finally put through in the new colour, blinds arrived quickly and to specification and very good value compared to other similar online retailers. A shame they used a delivery service (DX) that didn't offer the option of either weekend delivery or delivery to a local hub. By chance someone in household was off sick from work, otherwise not sure how long would hav etaken to actually receive goods.”
