“Can't rate this company highly enough. The perfect fit blinds are great quality.and the cheapest online. Fast delivery too. I needed a spacer for the handle on one of the windows and it was sent out straight away free of charge.”

“We received 4 perfect fit blinds for our patio doors. On arrival one of the blinds was faulty which we were disappointed with. However, after dropping blinds direct online, an email was sent within 48 hours of a replacement. I would say some of the assembly materials online could do with an update as they aren't very descriptive and competitors do have helpful videos which I think are more user-friendly. Overall the product was good quality, customer service was responsive and apologetic and they are the cheapest option on the market.”

Hi Thank you for your review. We are sorry you weren't happy with the quality of the sample sent out for the Venetian blinds. We do use the top supplier in the UK for Venetian slat. Some of the samples that are sent out are flat when they arrive. This is because the sample has been cut off the roll before it is processed and formed through the machine. This process is what gives the slat its curve and strength. It is a 21 micron thick slat which is the highest spec for Venetian slat on the market.
