“Hi I would start off with it wouldv'e been 5 stars but for the fact they do not put the fixings in with the packs with the blinds I would probably say most people would pay that extra couple of pounds for them to be in the packs instead of hunting for them themself Other than that the service and blind quality are superb and are so easy to fit Would 100%use again excellent value for money Mr Anderson”

“Excellent customer service - they sent new clips for the perfect fit blinds. We ordered the wrong size and they immediately sent out new ones by first class post free of charge. Blinds fit perfectly too and so easy to install.”

“Haven’t got a problem with blinds direct. Dx the delivery company are a joke.Even though I put on order.Deliver to neighbour.Because I knew I would be at work.They failed to leave it twice.Even after I put redelivery online deliver to neighbour.Had to leave card hanging out my letterbox.Too make sure he understands”

“What a fantastic company - great service, great blinds. I had a self-inflicted issue with one blind and reported the issue. Straight away they came back to me and resolved the issue and answered my questions perfectly (well done James - you are a credit to the company). Highly recommended and it won't be long before my next order is heading its way to Blinds Direct Online!”

“I’m ecstatic with my new blind! We have a couple of odd sized apertures, due to the thickness of some tiles and had struggled to get the right size, nets had been used for years. But now we have a good fitting and easy to use solution.”

“I really like my blind, it just took ages to cut down to make it fit, the blind was delivered fractionally larger than my dimensions which meant it did not fit in my recess”

Hi Thank you for your review Sorry to hear you had issues with the blind All of our blinds are made to measure so there should never be any need to cut them down. However you did order "Exact Size", for which we don't make any deductions to the blinds. If it was the size of the recess you had provided, "Recess Size" needed to be selected for us to make the required deductions to ensure the blind fits perfectly into the recess. I hope his clarifies a few things for you.
