“A very good product, looks great in window The only con Was the delay on delivery from dx express, took time off for delivery then they cancelled it part way through delivery day, blinds arrived two days later, very well packaged”

“The pull cord stopper on the single cord was smashed in transit, one of the blind control cords was snapped at the base od the blinds causing me to have to rethread the cord and reset all the others to suit, and there was no fitting instructions in with the blinds. All in all I spent 1 1/2 hours fixing my new blinds before I could fit them with the 2 brackets (not 3) supplied. In summary I will not be buying from this company or recommending yourselves to anyone in the future.”

“Blinds safely delivered within delivery time frame. Good communications throughout. Went to website for clear fitting instructions. Runner rail was perfect fit for recessed patio doors. Yet to fit vertical blinds (property undergoing renovation - dusty). Vertical blinds to be fitted on completion.”
