“Having previously ordered blinds i expected the colour to be the same however there is a definite difference in the colour of the new set I just ordered. As regards the fitting it is easy as always however assembly was slightly more difficult to previous sets i ordered, due to cords being wrapped around each other. Email support from James was great though in understanding how to solve the issue”

Hi Thank you for your review. We are sorry you aren't happy that screws aren't included with our orders. We don't do this to save money, it is more down to the fact that there are so many different materials a customer could be installing their blinds into i.e. plasterboard, timber, RSJ, concrete lintel, we couldn't possibly send out all different fixings required.
