We were away when the logs arrived. The pallets were placed in the perfect position not to block the access on our return. Never bought stacked logs before but it does seem a fairer way of selling them rather than loose. The packing was robust and sealed. It had rained plus a topping of Sahara sand! Moisture content c. 14%. There is also the bonus of rustic shelving made from the pallet wood! Very happy and will buy again.

The company is helpful and the pellets I ordered are good. However they use a terrible delivery company who delivered my order 10 days after the order was placed (with no contact in the interim) and the following review links to my experience on day of delivery .... No contact until day of delivery when received email at 8.32am to say it would be delivered between 9 am and 5 pm. About two minutes after email was sent the delivery arrived at about 8.35am, before 9-5pm. Was about to drop the pallet at the entrance of my drive when I was about to go to work which would have blocked my exit and refused to reverse his truck up my drive to drop off the goods when suggested as said only curb side delivery. He ended up dropping pallet of goods at the side of the road outside my house, and I had to leave it there all day as I had to go to work. I only hope for machinery or large lorries didn’t need to get by today. When I took a picture of this the driver was very rude and even posed next to his truck pointing to the number for complaints. If there was a lower ranking than poor I would choose this. Very unhappy

The placement of the pallet and the driver’s unwillingness to assist further—particularly when a simple adjustment could have made a big difference—was unacceptable. Please be assured that we are actively raising this matter with the courier company involved. While our deliveries are specified as kerbside as standard, we expect all drivers to act respectfully and reasonably within those guidelines—and clearly, this was not the case here. I ordered a bulk bag of compost and it arrived quickly. The compost was premium quality! Far better than the compost bought at the likes of B&Q. It was fine and perfect for every project in the garden including reseeding my lawn. I have actually just ordered another bag. Highly recommend

very helpful staff and goods received within 2 days. Delivery company they use was exceptional and the driver was very friendly and went out of his way to drop the load where I wanted it. Will definitley use again

Luxury Wood provide outstanding value for money. Competitors disguise the precise volume of their crates which look at first to be equivalent in value but are not. I particularly appreciate the precise cost/cubic metre provided by Luxury Wood which makes comparison fair and accurate. They are my 'go to' supplier of domestic fire wood.
