“When I contacted HomeProtect informing them that I needed to make a claim they replied very quickly and made the whole procedure very easy and understandable . Never have I claimed before and their correspondence and very polite staff was just top quality . Put your mind at rest and get insured with HomeProtect you won’t be disappointed and you can relax knowing you’ve got the best insurance you can get . They’re 100% perfection .”

“Homeprotect were the cheapest on the market whilst still providing the full cover that we needed. We received the documents straight away and had no issues with signing up. It was straightforward and without any unnecessary complications. Full transparency was also obvious with them explaining what was and wasn’t included in the policy before signing up.”

“Unfortunately Homeprotect got the start date and the end date wrong. You put it right and gave £20 as a gesture of goodwill. Some feedback there should be an option to opt out of auto renew.”
