“Very easy and efficient ordering and same with delivery of the products. I did knowFC existed having purchased some French sweets (Callissons), which you cannot get in UK easily. some time ago. I w anted some Steak Haches for a birthday BBQ and was delighted to find a variety to choose from.They were delivered to my daughters address in East Dulwich and I collected them from her. They were delicious- why we can't do these in Uk I really don't know but thank goodness for FC! I will browse their on-line list from now on....”

“One product not as described on website, fig jam delivered id 55% fig not 65%. Fresh chicken had been in the delivery van all day nd we gambled on whether it was still ok. Just about. It will be helpful to at least put something like " Perishable Food---Deliver ASAP- on the box. And some more freezing packs wil l also raise confidence re buying from you.”

Thank you for your review. I’m sorry to hear that one product wasn’t as described and that the fresh chicken hadn’t arrived in ideal condition. This isn’t the experience we want for you. We've looked in to the fig jam and it seems the supplier has shrinkflationed the fig quantity in it from 65 to 55%!, we have now updated the information accordingly. Please could you share pictures of the box and packaging to sales@frenchclick.com if you have them? We’ll investigate this with the warehouse. They should both be using enough sorba freeze and insulation per our HACCP packing guidelines and all the packages with fresh items should have a perishable goods sticker on them. “I've been aware of French click for a while and finally ordered last week. “First time in a while i have ordered from French Click. Happy with the range of goods on offer. Worth paying a premium for some of our French favourites. My only slight disappointment was that the Mergeuz sausages delivered had a short best before date but not a real issue as I froze them to be used on the bank holiday at the end of May. Timely delivery after order shipped by DHL.”
