“After a fantastic first order experience, my second one was not looking so promising...Delivery deadline was missed without explanation. When I reached out I was told that one item was missing. A simple email to let me know what was happening would have been much appreciated. All was made better when the manager delivered my order out of hours and reimbursed my delivery charges. Fantastic products, I will definitely reorder and recommend your company.”

“I was about to buy a £58 worth of raclette cheese and still charged almost £8 for delivery, that’s just wrong”

We’re really sorry you felt the delivery charge was unfair. This isn’t the experience we want for you. Unfortunately slots are now full for deliveries in your area before Christmas. We only offer the premium delivery slots before 1200 on the 24th and 31st of December, to try and ensure all orders are delivered. “I found French click by accident just looking around but I am glad I did, having worked in France for a number of years there was certain food I really liked, so to be able to find it online at good prices was a real plus. So I ordered and a few days later it was delivered, well packed and on time plus when they did not have two items it was taken off of the total, no need for a refund as it was automatic. Really pleased with them and the service, I will be back.”

“Cheese was good. But the delivery was very poor. I paid extra for a specific half day. The tracking wasn’t working and it arrived hours late. I complained to the delivery driver and he said, “it isn’t my problem, if you don’t like it, call the head-office” and walked off. Will not use French Click again if they use this delivery agent.”

“I have used these guys before - great range and quality products (and if you like proper Orangina without the nasty sugar ban nonsesne this is the place to get it!) We had an issue with DPD where they damaged our package - one email to French Click and it was all sorted with a new parcel sent out with no fuss and no quibble - Thanks Benedicte!”

“well , i v received the wrong items, triyng to call , spend over 15 min waiting with no response, tries both number nothing . the brand ordered is more expansive than the one sent , a bit cheeky , no explaination or information prior dispatch. If i knew this , i would have cancelled .”
