“Ordered some items 10 days ago, chased up querying dispatch after a few days as I hadn't heard anything, chased up again, filled in contact form which crashed, tried phoning which didn't go through, tried livechat which just spun in infinite circles. Nobody home apparently, total disaster since they moved to zatu.com and are now powered by Shop, the delivery price has doubled and nobody bothers to respond to queries. A shame, as they used to be the best.”

However, due to the size and weight of your order, the standard Royal Mail option was not available at checkout. In such cases, alternative courier services are offered, which can differ in price depending on parcel dimensions. We also carry some stock at external warehouse locations.
